Been going here for a while—great location and nice people, but corporate really needs to invest in some TLC for this location. Cable equipment is constantly broken, water fountains are often overflowing, etc. It desperately needs another bench / squat platform. It’s a small space, but the areas under the stairwells are unused and the downstairs room could be better utilized than it currently is. Given the parking lot is often full, they should raise prices a few bucks and invest in repairs / upgrades. And maybe cleaning the water fountains that literally have green / pink mold on them—I said something a year ago and they finally cleaned it…don’t think it has been cleaned since. And lots of the equipment needs to be retired altogether.

This is hands down the worst gym I have ever joined. The equipment is all in horrible condition and the gym is filthy. If your idea of a good workout is having your knees buckle running on a treadmill then look no further. Also incredibly crowded cause it’s the only affordable gym in the area. You’re better off driving 5-10 more min to a gym in Arvada or Westminster

I was a member of this gym for 2+ years before changing to a different local gym. The gym is too small for the amount of people it services (1 bar for bench pressing, 4 total squat racks, etc.), it’s generally dirty, and most of the equipment is pretty old. However, the staff was generally friendly and was there on time to open the gym in the mornings.

Place looked decent but crowded, machines might be nice...but I wouldn't know because whether they were understaffed and/or poorly trained, when I visited with full intention of signing up for 30 days, I was met by one guy who told me "Give me a moment bro." After 40-minutes I left. It's understandable if understaffed, but if that is the case it wasn't communicated (could have simply been given the "fill out a quick liability form while I show this person around" or "I am currently understaffed, this may be a while"-- at other gyms they typically have me work out and fill out a basic form and then sign up after if busy)...
but instead I just sat. Like you, I don't have 40min-an hour to waste, so I'd recommend looking elsewhere than this chain gym. During busy hours perhaps the owner could staff up an extra hand, I plan to take my business elsewhere. Bummer.

The staff is great. They actually care about the members and really seem to enjoy being at work, which is great to see. The cleaning staff, especially Bri, does a great job! TJ is awesome, he is a die hard that opens the club faithfully 5 days a week!!

Really enjoy this gym. It's clean, tons of equipment, and the energy there is great. Adrian is also a great guy - had a personal training session with him where he gave me pointers on form and recommendations to strengthen core balance in order to deadlift heavier.

Good experience all around

Charged me over a year for a membership after I asked to cancel, asked to file a claim and said they were not able to do a thing. Very upset still a good location to work out.

Dirty location at a dying franchise. Moved a bike four inches to make room only to reveal what lies beneath every piece of equipment here - filth.

To 24 hr fitness corporate - are you changing the name to 16 hour fitness? Just riding out the final days of a once great franchise? When is this location going to close along with the others that have in Colorado? Give me a shout when it does so I can maybe buy some equipment and start a better gym…

To fitness enthusiasts - don’t waste your money here!
