Very attentive waiter. Cool little environment on the inside. Not very packed when we went. Food came out quick and hot.

This is a somewhat casual location with an eclectic mix of decor. The hamburger was okay but they put tomato and lettuce on the bottom of the meat patty so everything slid, which made trying to eat the burger a balancing act. Would like to have had more than salt and pepper on the table as well as extra napkins (See photos). The waitress was concise and seemed to be constantly racing to take care of too many tables. Probably will not return.

Great atmosphere and exceptional service. Our waitress was extremely pleasant, thoughtful, and very hospitable. This added to the total value of the experience. The food I unfortunately cannot provide similar praise. The presentation of the food was very good and appealed to my preconceived notion of savoriness. The food itself was overall too salty. Got lemon pepper chicken and it was just difficult to eat. The chicken is not marinated, so most of the flavor existed on the outside of the chicken (& yes I do understand how wings work). Nachos were ok.

So I come to a place that we always come for “Breakfast Shots” and the GM comes out saying they don’t have a button for it. Even tho I was willing to pay for everything charged separately and then coming out to over $14.00 per shot, they still didn’t want to do it for us. We’ve been coming here and other locations around town to get these BREAKFAST SHOTS. Which in case you didn’t know what it has it’s Jameson, Butterscotch in one and orange juice in another glass with bacon. You gonna disappoint a paying customer who is willing to pay over $14.00 a shot? Ordering them 3-5 at a time… great way to lose business. “Get a button” for it or let the person pay for it.

I came here for a late dinner knowing that it’s was 40 minutes before close. We came in and there was no hostess, we waiting for about 6 minutes until someone came to help us. Once we were seated and 5 minutes go by and still no service, No one came to take our drink order or food order for 20+ minutes. Multiple servers passed us completely ignoring our presence. I am completely disappointed with this experience, we left without eating or being serviced.

The service was horrible... and it was slow.
Unfortunately, we had to speak with a manager who apparently knew there was an issue because we weren't the only ones who complained.

Wow! We have gone to 54th St many times over the years and this has got to be one of the worst experiences we have ever had, here or anywhere! It took a good 15 minutes to get our drinks and have our orders placed. We received one appetizer in short order but the 2nd one came about 45 minutes later. After about an hr of being there, the waiter came by again and tried to confirm what our orders where. We are certain our order was not placed with the kitchen. When we did get our food our mashed potatoes and gravy were somewhat cold. It just wasn't a good experience. We were there an hr longer than we needed to be. The service was atrocious and we were never told that they were short-staffed.

The place is nice and cute , and the margaritas are good. But the food is disgusting ! It seems to get worst every time I go visit. My last visit was yesterday and I ordered the Southwest skillet with shrimp and steak. It had no flavor and when it was brought to the table the food on the skillet was burned and stuck to the skillet. I sent it back and was brought another one. Again it was burnt, I tried to eat it but it was so dry. My server was kind , but a manager never spoke to our table about the food or the experience. My children fell asleep at the table waiting for my second plate to come out . With all of the new restaurants around this area, I would say try somewhere else. This was not a good dining experience. Eat here at your own risk .
