So was eckliges in Miami sollte verboten werden! Nicht mal in einem Drittland würde es so aussehen.
Dusche war verkalkt, verrostet und verschimmelt. Duschkopf hat nicht gehalten. Kein Warmwasser. Die Klimaanlage war sicher seit mehreren Jahren nicht gereinigt worden. Wasserkocher war verrostet und veraltet (würde ich nicht mal als Blumenvase verwenden). Wände waren von der Feuchtigkeit dermassen angegriffen, dass der Verputz aufgebläht war. Rost war überall! Das Innern des Kühlschrank mega verrostet. Sehr alte Badetücher und verschmutzt. Die Reception war hinter eine Glasscheibe versteckt und die Damen dort sehr unfreundlich!

place that I do not recommend, one for the lack of seriousness of the owner, secondly for the poor hygiene. the studio is equipped with the bare minimum, if you go alone. I asked for my sheets to be changed because ( all I repeat ) all, stained and dirty, the pillows literally sucked , and I found two cockroaches in iro, I was told yes, that would fix everything .. and then no one showed up! ok the price is not starred place, but that doesn't mean that people who pay anyway, should be treated like fools .. I will never go back there and I will never recommend it to anyone ... indeed!!

Stayed in room# 739. The room was a desperate need of an upgrade. Pink mold in the bathroom, the toilet didn’t flush, electric outlets in the bathroom didn’t work, the shower handle was broken. Had the maintenance guy there 3 times while we were there. Called the owner and he did not do anything for us. Told us to leave. Ended up having to go stay @ the Hilton for the rest of our stay. Also the property was not well maintained, hair in the pool. Pool lounge chairs damaged. Building smelled and dirty. Don’t be catfish by the pictures on the website.

Bruderhof Reality

DO NOT STAY HERE. It is a dump. The rooms do not have deadbolts, so anyone who knows the code (any vagrants who have stayed in the hotel before), can rob you while you are away or break into the room while you are sleeping. Beds were covered in hair, semen and blood stains. You couldn't pay me to sleep in this place. I don't know how it is even a legal accommodation. Hopefully the "non refundable" money we lost will help others book something else. There are far better options for a budget stay!

Awful. Mold everywhere, dirty old furniture and appliances, old towels, ugly smell in the room and elevators.
If you not afraid to spend a night without AC and meet morning without water, then welcome.

Firstly about the ladies at the reception they are very nice and helpful. The security guards are good as well.

So,the restaurant doesn't work at all.
* Sunbeds and tables are nailed down and cannot be moved.
* There were a lot of dogs in the hotel, it smelled of dogs and cigarettes in the corridors, there were signs saying no smoking, but still it smelled of cigarettes.
* We had a digital safe but there were no instructions on how to use it, I tried all possible options but we never managed to use it.

The bad thing it was the room.
You have a kitchen,but the windows are closed and you are not able to opened. Can you imagine if we cooking what will happen in the property with no ventilation (windows are screwed).
We feels like in a prison.

Also there is nothing where to put your towels and swimwear, after bath where to dry it.

When we asked the owners to help us, they said: "The windows do not open unfortunately, because the AC is on all year round, due to the weather. "We do not offer hanging devices for wet garments, it is not advertised".

The furniture in the room was very old and worn. The beds were uncomfortable,the pillows were very small squashed and awful !
Also it looks like the covers were not washed, there were hairs in the duvets and also in the bath towels.
We tried to be out all day and come back to the room late just to sleep and eat.

Again there were unpleasant odors, which you could not get rid of because of the lack of ventilation.

Property was not clean, the furniture was very old. There was mold in the bathroom and under the sink in the kitchen. There was no enough kitchen utensils. We saw roach in the room. The pool was very dirty even in the morning. We stayed there and I never seen anybody cleaning the pool.

I was extremely disappointed in this rental. The rooms are outdated and worn. Shower was broken, beach towels were old and frayed. We saw two roaches while we were there. There was no customer service at the front desk. The only reason I'm giving it one star is because of great beach access. I will never stay there again.
