This was my first Connexion focus group experience. I was impressed with the professionalism of the office staff and dynamic moderator. The participants were respectful, and open to expressing their marketing ideas and opinions. I will definitely participate again and recommend Connexion Research to my friends. I had an in-person focus group survey this week. I was very pleased they could work around my schedule and offered 2 nights to choose from. I got confirmation from the team with all the details via email and I really appreciated the text to let me know where to look. It was a fun group focus group and the facilitator was very nice and easy to talk with. The employees were very friendly and helpful. I was very pleased to walk out with cash, it wasn't a check I had to deposit. Look forward to hopefully being called back again soon.

ConneXion Research provides a very professional approach to market research opportunities. Staff (especially Anthony) facilitates a well organized and pleasant focus group experience. Most recently, I experienced extraordinary efforts by the staff to make participation in studies stress-free and delightful. They provided nice refreshments/lunch snack. Also, in general, they provide worthwhile compensation, swiftly on-site. I highly recommend!

I had an in-person focus group survey this past weekend. I got confirmation from the team and date and location where it was going to be held at. This was one of the most fun and easy-going focus group studies I have ever attended. They even provided food and drinks before the survey started. The employees were super friendly and helpful. The payment was done that same day after the study was completed. I have given referrals to all my friends and family to be able to start hopefully attending this awesome focus group studies. ConneXion is a amazing company that seems to care about it's employees and clients. I can't wait to be able to attend another study soon
