Do not I repeat do not book a vacation through this third party or whatever the heck you want to call them. We are here in Florida for 6 days and we are only going into day two and so far I am so very unhappy with this condo. The resort itself is nice and the people that work here are extremely nice. But this resorts needs to cut all ties with travel marketing group. We are staying at the regal palms resort. Upon check-in they could not check us in because somebody by the name of Veronica was on our reservation and we had to call travel group marketing which we had to leave voicemails and then we also had to email them. We heard back from them about 45 minutes later. I get charged a one-time cleaning fee yet when I come in there is dirt underneath the couch it's disgusting, the blinds are destroyed in the smaller bedroom and then they leave us with no cleaning supplies when we are here for 6 days so I had to go to the store and buy my own room and dust paint, trash bags, stuff to wash the dishes the list goes on. Today we spent the whole day in Legoland we are hot and tired and just want to take showers but we walked into this mess in the bathroom. We have called maintenance we are waiting on a call back from them the people at the front desk are saying there's nothing that they can do we need to reach out to Melissa who is with does travel marketing group and of course I've reached out to her and so have they and I can almost guarantee you I will not hear back. Please do not book anything through this company travel marketing group.

So I've been trying to get in touch with someone and no one answers the phone, I emailed them and they rarely email back. I had issues with the place I was staying at the AC did not work the refrigerator did not work and one of the stove tops did not work the carpet was dirty and the townhouse was 80° when we got there and only kept climbing to 83. I'm trying to speak to someone give me a call back I need to be compensated on something because this was a family trip for our family my husband works really hard and it was really ridiculous I have to deal with that, really embarrassing because I had a friend come visit the place and it was so hot there that she did not want to stay even though we had plans to all stay together in the townhouse. We were promised a refund in March for a trip we had to cancel because of the Covid pandemic, we still have not received that $1100 dollars back and the company will not respond to email or phone calls. I will never book through this company again. I have everything in writing, even filed with BBB and they couldn't get them to respond either.

Horrible home!!! The house they placed us in is disgusting..dishes not clean ..carpet is dirty with stains everywhere. Over priced and disgusting. They do not answer their phone nor respond to emails.
