Mitten im Westfield Old Orchard Einkaufscenter liegt das Shake Shack.
Für mich eine Mischung aus Mc Donalds und Starbucks. Das Essen war lecker und die Bedienung freundlich. Insgesamt empfehlenswert.

Ordered a well done burger and it was pink and red on the inside. Couldn’t finish it as it was still raw. Hopefully, I don’t get sick. I’d rather wait for my food than get a raw burger.

This location only had a kiosk option for ordering. Here is a tip: if you are in a hurry, do not order the chicken sandwich. It took considerably longer than the hamburger my friends ordered at the same time. The chicken sandwich was excellent, though. For me, it was worth the wait.

Another "not my first time here, but first Google Review" for this place! Been here a few times and glad there is one nearby. Can do without the Shack Sauce. Recent visit today is for National Cheeseburger Day so have to spend it at one of the best burger chains. Came around 7pm and it was a bit busy. Service may be slow but they do make the burgers to order. They have kiosks near the registers but I'd rather order with a one of the cashier staff. Pictured here is a ShackBurger with Bacon as a Lettuce Wrap ( my go-to order), Double ShackBurger, and customized ShackBurger (well done) with Cherry Peppers (key ingredient!) and Sliced Onions.

We stopped by here today to have some dinner since we always see how packed this restaurant is. There was a slight misunderstanding with our order but thanks to amazing manager of this location everything has resolved quickly and efficiently. It’s indeed mind blowingly delicious, shakes aren’t that super sweet and heavy comparing for instance the Culver’s ones. We will be coming back to eat their yummy burgers for sure, so far one of the best burgers I’ve ever eaten.

I recently visited Shake Shack, and while I had high hopes for a satisfying dining experience, I left feeling somewhat disappointed. One of the major drawbacks of my visit was the slow service. It took an unusually long time for me to place my order, and even longer to receive my food.
The ordering process seemed disorganized and inefficient. The staff appeared overwhelmed and struggled to keep up with the demands of the customers. It was frustrating to wait in line for an extended period, only to face further delays in getting my meal. It would have been much more enjoyable if the service had been more prompt and streamlined.
Unfortunately, the food at Shake Shack did not make up for the lackluster service. While I had heard great things about their offerings, I found the quality to be mediocre at best. The burger I ordered lacked the juiciness and flavor I had anticipated. The meat was dry, and the toppings failed to elevate the overall taste. The accompanying fries were disappointingly ordinary and lacked the crispiness I had hoped for.
Given the hype surrounding Shake Shack, I couldn't help but feel let down by the overall experience. The slow service coupled with the average quality of the food left me wanting more. I had higher expectations for a renowned burger chain, and unfortunately, they were not met during my visit.
While I understand that individual experiences may vary, based on my personal encounter, I cannot confidently recommend Shake Shack. If you decide to give it a try, I suggest managing your expectations and being prepared for potential service delays and average food quality.

The staff was super friendly here. They asked multiple times if we needed anything and gave us great refills to go. They had a great energy in the building and they have a fun patio outside to sit at and eat. Such consistent food is a solid plus no matter which Shake Shack you visit. Definitly also worth trying their seasonal and limited time menu items. Some great flavors hidden in those to enjoy!
