If there was an option for 0 Stars it would be selected. Never buy from this place or online. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Wife and I purchased a Cindy Crawford sectional ottoman and recliner and few months after the purchase the sofa has the worst creaking noise I've ever experienced with a sofa. Called the customer support and they sent a tech out and replaced it with a new piece and shortly after in the same month the new sofa did the same thing and when i called they said that creak would go away to give it time well it hasn't gone away . I would say that's a defective product. Was told by an employee and a manager in store to call corporate and they could do an even swap of same value as a courtesy due to this repeating issue. Well corporate was no help worst customer service I've ever had and due to it now being 1 yr there's nothing they could do even after the rep said we sometimes do courtesy exchange and looks like we did that already... I'm sorry no you did a warranty exchange the first time, nice try. My guess is they say something different in store to alleviate an upset customer. All I'm asking for is a trade out of same value. Something I can actually say hey 1 month later no creaks. They'll never get another dime from me. To the employee I know personally nothing against you my friend. Your companies customer support is trash!!!

Follow Up: Moving this up to three stars. Ultimately, it did take seven different appointments to get the furniture in working condition which is still unacceptable. I was contacted by the Rooms To Go Corporate Customer Team and they did work me to refund me my delivery fee which is appreciated. I still believe that they have a long way to go to earn back future business as this wasn't the best experience and consumed much more of my time than ever should have been necessary.

Truly a terrible experience. Up to six appointments to get the furniture ordered. Multiple delivery attempts have yielded either the wrong item or another broken one. Customer Service is atrocious, but I believe this is the business model. Last time for me.

Because I didn’t want to go to ashley. KATIE was wonderful. A welcoming smile and she even greeted me at the door. Already huge for me compared to the “competition”. Unfortunately, I’m very indecisive and no purchase was made yet, but I will definitely be contacting her for my purchases.

Moved to Florida about a month ago. Needed a bedroom dresser. Stopped in at Rooms to Go in Melbourne, along with Baers, Furniture Now, and Hudsons to compare prices and selection. Decide d on a chaise lounge, 2 nightstands, and a dresser. My order was split in 2 for delivery, fine. Chaise and nightstands arrived on the day scheduled with no issues. My dresser, on the other hand, arrived broken. I didn't add the extra service for the delivery guys to "install" anything, which costs extra, so once they dropped off the box, they took a picture of the delivery and left. I'm capable of unpacking a box and breaking it down afterwards, so I didn't see the need to pay for that. I opened the box, removed the Styrofoam, and the back foot was broken off along with the support beam. Beam was shattered and nail bent. Foot is also cracked. Took pics and forwarded to customer service. They rescheduled me for replacement next MONTH. We'll see what happens since they wouldn't give me a confirmation of the replacement. To me that's a little sketchy. Will update once the day comes!

UPDATE: 10 Sep 24
The delivery of the replacement dresser went well. They came within the time frame they anticipated and this time they unboxed the dresser on the truck and brought it in to make sure it was in perfect condition. I did not originally pay for that extra service of unpacking nor did they charge for it this time. They took the broken one in the original box. Changing my rating from 3 to 5 stars. Accidents happen but they rectified the situation as advertised. It was annoying to have to wait longer but the problem was solved. Third Pic is what the dresser looks like with the mirror attached.

We told her what we were looking for and she gave us the lay of the land and some advise on where to look, then let us browse. She checked in on us and tracked the items we told her were yeses and gave ideas on the items we said maybe and was absolutely amazing to work with! Thank you for an amazing experience!
