Visited the Product Center while on vacay in June 2023. Love their in-person customer service, huge facility, great selection of products, order is put together and ready for pick up in minutes, and friendly staff! Next time I want to take a tour of the facility.

Doterra’s curbside pickup process is fantastic! I’ve never waited more than five minutes, and I really like the text feature. The curbside pickup is definitely faster and more convenient than picking up your order inside.

Came here to pick up an order that my wife had previously placed.

Doterra actually has a pretty good location, but unfortunately with their huge campus, it is hard to know where to go. After I found an employee heading to his car, I asked and he directed me to where I need to go.

PRICE - N/A
My wife purchased the essential oils, and I'm too lazy to check our bank statement, but I'm sure it was most likely over-priced.

PRODUCTS/SERVICES - 5
My wife uses Essential oils enough to fit the stereotypes and memes. All the same their products seem rather sound.

I'm sure there is a whole slew of perks and pointers with the oils and their uses, but I don't use them enough to explore it.

Horrible service. There’s no catalogs anywhere. The girls didn’t even ask where to return the money for previous orders. I was never notified that my percentage changed because of orders last year. Anyway it doesn’t really make me want to buy here anymore.

Came all the way to this place to buy a product. I didn’t have my card on me and they don’t take Apple Pay or cash. Even a gas station takes Apple Pay. Just wasted time.

Doterra has the best oils and is incredible at educating. Essential oils are almost all we have used for our Healthcare the last 9 years and we've always been able to learn what to use and how to use them through our advocate and through doterras education.

Great products! Their hours to pick up products suck right now though (closes at 5pm and closed weekends) due to covid

They were closed for absolutely no reason, and we couldn’t pick up our order. It’s was 12:20 on a Saturday and the hours say 10-2… no number to contact that would answer directly without going through 100 steps, so annoying taking out business elsewhere after we get this order
