My little Louie absolutely loves it here. The staff are so amazing in caring for your pups and even provide fun activities. Louie always comes home sleepy from all the fun he has! The cameras are honestly a nice relief when I want to check on him during the day. I definitely recommend!

We love it here! The staff at this location truly seem to care and enjoy being around the dogs. I appreciate them loving on my fur baby. We also had an issue when he was boarded (our pup has bad anxiety) and they sent us and update and stayed later to allow for us to pick him up after hours. So grateful for this location!!! Plus- our pup loves to go for daycare

We love Camp Bow Wow! They take great care of our pups when we travel and we love being able to check on them on the cameras, especially at night. They are always snuggly and warm. CBW even cared for our fur babies while our son was being born. It’s always nice getting the dogs a bath and groom while they stay so they’re nice and clean when we pick them up.

Our bullmastiff and golden puppies always love the days they go to daycare. They get to play with a variety of friends, that are typically close to their size, so when they want to play they don't have to worry about injuring themselves or others.

The staff love them, especially Gracie our bullmastiff, and you can really tell by the way they interact with them and the others dogs, there truly are dog people.

The live cameras are great! I keep it up at work sometimes so I can check in and see who they're playing with and make sure they're behaving. It's also a great stress reliever to watch them play with her furiends. You can't help but smile.

I do appreciate when the team steps in during play sessions that have escalated a little too much, or when a dog is not behaving around the other dogs. They're quick and use non forceful ways to restrain. They usually end up grabbing the collar and either hugging the dog until it calms down or have the dog sit or walk it away from the situation. I've never seen anything on the cameras where I felt they were out of line.

Great group of dog people. Great group of dogs, with lots of different personalities, so it's a really good environment for your dog to learn how to be a dog.

My only constructive feedback would be I wish there were more perks as far as savings with bringing the pups in more frequently. Like after so many visits you get a free day! Or half off your next visit. Or after a year you get so many free days or half off so many visits. Rainy day specials! Holiday specials! Beat the heat specials! A free grooming with every 20 visits. And so on.

Your team loves my furbabes. I see it every time I bring them in. They remember all the things I tell them, and I love all that you offer for services. Especially the picture day. We never miss that! I never have to worry about any mistreatment or neglect. Your staff are true animal lovers, and that shows in how they interact with all the pups in their care.

CBW Grapevine has been our 2nd family for a few years. Everyone is so sweet and I always feel comfortable leaving our Mabel for a 1/2 day, full day, and overnight stays. Thank you for tiring out Mabel, keeping her socialized, and care for her like you do your own. Bravo!

Great facility and staff. My pup went in for his initial interview and did great. He gets a 4 day stay when we go on vacation. There's an app too. You can watch your pet remotely with it.

Otis loves going to Day Camps. Even after boarding him for a few days he still enjoys going back. Drags me in whenever we arrive. The staff are friendly and easy to work with and always remember Otis when he shows up.
