Tried this location based on reviews and distance they must be paid reviews food was disgusting today! Fried corn wasn’t fried, my fries had to be mixed in with fries from January and it is now the month of august. Boneless wings was just not hitting why is the crispy part soggy and sliding completely off the meat? Hot honey rub was missing HONEY however the chicken wings w/ bone in were the only part of my order i enjoyed.

Last night I have the bad experience of passing by New Haven.... And having to see a female person almost naked sitting on the toilet just because of the door of the bathroom is the one that normally people use in their closet at home ? where it can be easily opens even when there is another person using it..... But the worst scenario is that the persons who take care of the business we're thinking that that was a joke.

Wait time is more than half an hour for any kind of food and is even worthless when you order through the most common delivery services.

I ordered boneless BBQ wings with blue cheese. First off this place is literally a 3 min walk from my house and when the food got here it wasn’t even a little warm and the driver got here in minutes, it was under 20 min from ordering on my phone to getting to my house NO reason it shouldn’t of been steaming hot. It was in an aluminum container so if it was hot it would have still been hot when it got here but it was cold to the touch after maybe 2 minutes of taking the top off. The chicken is so tender and amazing it deserves an amazing signature sauce but instead it gets a thin layer of tasteless sauce all I taste is a vinegar taste I feel like it’s going to cause heart burn, I ate 2 and stopped eating them I couldn’t even force myself to eat it. And who can mess up blue cheese?!?!? Obviously this place, the blue cheese tasted like it came from one of those huge $2 containers of blue cheese that cheap stuff, I always go to Buffalo Wild Wings because the sauce is signature it’s the same every time and the blue cheese gives the wings that sweet creamy signature taste that is the same every single bite, it’s literally making my mouth water just thinking of Buffalo Wild Wings, and I have 28 garbage wings sitting here on the table lol this place should change their name and not have wing in their name because wings are not your strong suit. This place really needs to collab with real wing places and get their sauce right because sauce is everything for a wing place. So if I was you I would stick with a place you like, don’t just order here out of impulse give it a little while and order from here once and a while to see if they got their signature taste ready because I don’t think any wing place should open their doors until they know their sauce is slamming I hate when places try to do wings but they just arnt good at making them, making wings is an art you gotta perfect it and take it seriously. I might see if they get it right down the line but as for now this was a huge disappointment even the one at the casino wasn’t that great, it was a lot better then this but even the sauce at the casino wasn’t on point. I think opening in the middle of the ghetto didn’t help them either it looks like a crack spot at night not a wing joint. I guess time will tell. Get that sauce right and we’ll talk cus that chicken is too good to have no taste.

I ordered my food at 2 oclock ahead of time and I got there at 2:32 as listed on the app and then was told my food was never made and I still have to wait another 30 minutes and It also is making me 30 minutes late for work as well so I stated the fact and asked for a discount or something to meet me in the middle and the only thing they was able to offer was a 2 dollar brownie after I spend 40 dollars on a meal and had the worker laugh in my face as he says he can’t do anything for me besides a brownie. I don’t recommend at all

We ordered on the app (not DoorDash or Uber eats) and the driver delivered at a completely different location than the one we have proof of entering into the app. The driver wouldn’t correct the problem then we called the actual location and they would only remake the food. They wouldn’t send another driver out so we had to drive down to get it. On top of all of that they wouldn’t refund us for the food. We had to PAY to DRIVE to the place ourselves after already paying a delivery fee and waiting an extra hour for all of this to happen. Will NOT be coming back.

It was super busy and took a long time to get my order, but the staff was extremely friendly, making everyone feel at home and was obviously making the chicken fresh for each order. Next time I'm in the area, I will be sure to stop!

I would give it higher ratings but on three occasions I did internet orders to be ready at a specific time. Twice I had to wait 30 minutes because they forgot and the third time I asked for a refund.
