Absolutely over the moon with the service received today by BL Airconditioning, so efficient on the phone offering to help in so many ways before even coming out to the property, detecting and resolving so efficiently and made me and my family feel safe with our unit before he left. So reassuring when we have a little toddler running round, couldn’t ask for better service.

Great experience with this company. I had several quotes and they beat the price on all of the others with a better quality product. Very professional and honest. They were extremely courteous, and had my unit installed with no long wait. The installation was quick, professional and the room was spotless when they finished. I am really happy with them and will definitely be using them again for other units in the upstairs areas of my home. I would highly recommend without hesitation to anyone in need of air conditioning for their home or business. Great job?

Had a couple questions about my unit. I sent a message on a Sunday not expecting a response until business hours on Monday. To my surprise I got a reply about 15 minutes later, on a sunny Sunday afternoon!!! So helpful, exceptional support and customer care. Brilliant service. Really helpful and patient. Changed things around for us without any bother.

Cleaned up all the way and wouldn’t know they’d even been , apart from my nice cool house now.

Had a bedroom and a loft ac and heat units combined fitted

Used BL to install a system for us.

Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Our options where explained to us.

Install was done as agreed in the time estimated and were very happy with the outcome.

Lovely neat job and everything left nice and tidy.

We use the unit mainly to heat the office as there is no gas supply to the industrial estate. For the warmer summer days it's a lovely refreshing option to hit the AC button.
