Delivery was quick! The men that unloaded the heavy box were very professional and took great care with the placing of my shipment. The text alerts were great and customer service answered at a decent time and were able to quickly give me the information I needed when I called. I havent had this good of service in a long time. Keep up the great work!

They called to confirm delivery. I understood the date and did not need to change it. The rep stated they would call the day of before delivery. I explained there was no need to do that as I would be out of the country and not able to accept the call. He totally ignored me and continued to confirm he would call before delivery. Well they delivered it as expected and no call was made prior to arrival. They were asked to place it up against the fence and it was delivered at an angle about 5 do l feet from the fence. Thankfully we could still pull into the driveway once we arrived home and until it was built and it was off the driveway. It was two boxes and on a large pallet that I was not expecting. Thankful for it in case it rained. Saran wrap was around the sides but I would have preferred it over the top, again incase it rained. Overall, besides the constant texts and updates it was good

Estes needs to do a better job of communicating with their customers. I didn't know when my item was going to be delivered. They contacted me the day before the delivery. However, the delivery guys did a good job. They unpacked and assembled my 400 pound treadmill without a problem.

The shipment arrived on the shipment date and arrived earlier in the day which was perfect for me!! The driver was super sweet, courteous and very professional!! It was so easy to communicate with them through their tracking which took much of the anxiety out of the process for me. I would highly recommend them to anyone and I am super pleased!!!

They delivered my product early, at least a week before the actual estimated date from the merchant. The driver was very professional and arrived within the promised time slot.

The driver was highly professional and courteous as well as timely on the phone prior to arriving to the property. Upon arriving the driver and I spoke about the freight delivery location. He was skilled and carefully delivered the heavy items exactly where I asked. He took the time to make the two heavy boxes to be accessible for future installation. I was extremely pleased. After the delivery I chatted with the driver for a few minutes. I rewarded his with substantial tip and let him know that his professionalism, demeanor, care and attitude for the young man was outstanding. I reinforced his work ethic and professionalism will make him a stand-up human in our society which is rare nowadays! Thank you.The driver was gracious and stated I made his day. Thank you EFW for hiring rare talent. I highly recommend mentoring this young man in the company with a roadmap for future growth and merit-based promotion. He will be a great asset for EFW.
