CC Elbert from Culligan was incredibly thorough from the moment I met her. She sent me background information about the quality of water in the area that I live before they even tested and then when she came out, just her super sweet yet intelligent demeanor made me feel confident that Culligan pick the right person to be doing the portal of entry point of testing my water. She did a great job and providing me information on the different systems and did not push me into getting something I did not want. As it turned out, I was looking to have the water treated for lead because I wasn’t sure what my pipes were made out of. Fortunately, her testing revealed there was no lead in my water and I did not need a system and coming from Culligan, a vendor for water systems, they told me I didn’t need one! She was their best representative. The company could have and I’m lucky to have called her the day that I initiated my contact with Culligan.

It has been a really disappointing process. Kimberly, the sales person has been the only smooth part of the process. It all started the day of instillation. After the tech installed the softener it displayed a message “problem detected, call Culligan.” He claimed it was just an issue with the unit and it will go away, it didn’t.

We have a sprinkler system and I asked the tech multiple times if it has been bypassed. It had not. Watering your yard with soft water is a no no.

Then the upstairs faucet began to leak where the RO was installed. This is a new build and the faucet isn’t even a year old started leaking right after the install.

The most frustrating part is have called the Culligan Denver office over 6 time and left messages for the manager Michael. I have been told by multiple employees they cannot address these problems and I need to talk to their manager. Michael has yet to call me back. I see he responds to reviews on the regular. Maybe now he will finally respond to his customer that is unsatisfied and having multiple issues with their 9k system.

The water that comes from our well is so hard! Culligan of Denver sent Cici to evaluate our situation and propose a solution. Replacing our 30+ year old softener system with a new one along with sediment filtration and UV light purification has made all the difference in the quality of our domestic water.
Cici did a great job providing answers to all of our questions and Tyler installed the system efficiently with an eye toward future service and potential upgrades.
