Never in my life had a worse experience with a lead vendor. We buy a ton of leads a month so we are very familiar with how it works. They started our service earlier than we asked for. Then for two months kept sending us terrible leads that never responded (and we use hatch). Zero responses. None. They kept asking us to give them more time while they sorted it or they’d give us a refund. Little did I know it wasn’t so they fix it it was just to take more money from us.

BEWARE OF THE LIES AND FAKE LEADS.....

I spend thousands upon thousands of dollars with Blue Fire Leads, Unfortunately I did not see any reviews prior to signing up with them and they made their way into our marketing funnel.

Long story short. Their leads are garbage and the way they get you is that they make BIG and I mean BIG promises that they are going to get you the best buck for your leads and the leads are going to be good quality as a matter of fact I remember the account manager saying they are the BEST leads...

Unfortunately all the leads... and I mean ALL the leads we received from them were garbage. ALL 176 leads they sent us were, either

"not interested"
"I signed up for a free giveaway"
"I though this was for a free bathroom giveaway"
"I was signing up for government assistance" etc...

Of course, bad leads = No sales... Not one sale... I gave this feed back to the account manager and his response to our results was "I'm very sorry to hear that the campaign has not turned a profit at all. This is not typical at all. It sounds like a mismatch in how your systems and personnel are handling the leads we deliver."

I only share this next part because my inside sales team is very good, we're not a small operation, and we're not a giant one either. however we do over 6 million dollars in sales each year out of our main branch and our second location is doing over 2 million a year in sales, and we have our marketing and sales very well dialed in. So when the account manager makes the assumption that our personnel and our system are the problem. I decided to let them know by this review how wrong they are and most importantly know all my other hard working remodelers not to waste their money with these crooks.

They know their leads are garbage and they don't offer refunds, credits etc...

BEWARE AND DON'T SIGN UP. THEY REQUIRE PRE PAID FOR THEIR LEADS SO YOU CAN'T GET YOUR MONEY BACK....

We would describe this as closer to fraud-- (in our opinion)--then lead generation.

Here are the actual results of the first 12 leads we received from Blue Fire:

Out of Service, Mobile Home, Renter in Apartment Building, Renter in Apartment Building, Apartment Complex, Bad Telephone Number and no address provided, Rents a room and denies requesting information, Bad Telephone Number and no address provided, Spanish speaking only, Did not request information, Bad Telephone number, Apartment Complex.

Things continued on in a very similar fashion without a single relevant conversation.
