we contacted Visiting Angels when my mother was in the hospital with complications from cancer. We were able to set up a meeting right away regarding helping out with home care. They were able to have someone at my mom's house within a couple days. Super easy to work with. Everyone has been really friendly and very helpful. I want to share that your services have made my life so much better. Having the caregivers stay with mom at night has provided a peace of mind that I haven't had in many, many months. The caregivers are reliable, kind, professional, and responsive. We have contracted with a few other in-home senior care companies before Visiting Angels and none was able to provide the consistency of care that Visiting Angels does. I also wanted to share that the portal software is very helpful because your caregivers provide detailed and meaningful information, so I have records to refer to and can make decisions based on those reports.
