Had electric installed on my property and when electric was installed Taylor Electric cut our water line. We had a plumber come and fix leak and discovered that Taylor Electric had repaired it nevertheless we got a plumbing bill for 200 and a water bill for 200 I spoke to Kyle about it and no help so we ate out 400 bucks . So don't let the electric fix plumbing. I thought I liked them but not that much now.

So here we go again OUTAGE BECAUSE A LITTLE THUNDER AND WIND. WE ARE SICK OF IT. Worst power company ever and unfortunately no choice and stuck. EVERYTIME there's a storm or some wind our area loses power. This is the only electric company I've had that has had this problem. If you're forced to have this electric company, u better invest in a generator

We have been with Taylor Electric Coop for several years and we have had nothing but great service!! We switched to them when they were installing new service lines to our area in Sweetwater. All others in our subdivision loose power with every storm except us. Their service call are quick and employees are very polite and are like you best next door neighbor!! Price is very comparable to our other electrical area provider (TXU) , but Taylor Electric Coop's service and dependability out ranks them for sure. Will stay with them forever!!

Being a Taylor Electric Customer I don't recommend you use this company due to the long wait time for power to come back on. June 19 10pm-June 20 5:30 am I still don't have power and I have to throw away all my refrigerator food cause they arn't cool anymore. Before this review gets a positive review they need to be faster on reinstating power before I rate it 4 stars. It is upsetting that AEP and WTU where able to turn power back on before Taylor electric and I spend from $180-200 monthly for power.

Im new to using Taylor Electric and lets just say they are very expensive. The only reason Im using them is because there is no other provider in this town. Ive never had electric bills that are as high as they are now. Theres no use in turning your lights and stuff off because no matter what I still have a high bill every month. Im away from the house from 730am to about 6 or 630 pm Mon- Fri and my bill is still high. I wish I was still with first choice power.

We have had Taylor Electric for over 3 years and every little storm whether rain or lightning we lose power. This is total bs , because we have neighbors across the street who have AEP and they never have issues. Well I guess its safe to say thay I will be switching over soon.Another dissatisfied customer...............

Freezing outside water pipes are frozen. We need power turned on. Cant get anyone on phone because they turned them off so they dont have to answer to what they are doing to people.
