I was on my way home from my doctor’s appointment and needed to drop off an important piece of mail at the Post Office. I was not familiar enough with the area and needed to get to the USPS before 5:00pm so my GPS directed me to this location.

There was plenty of parking, and when I walked in there was only one customer waiting for assistance. I was flabbergasted to see that there were three employees and not one person wanted to help the lady waiting in line, and myself.

It’s a shame that these three employees (women) don’t want to work. The lack of customer service is shocking in this location. Management needs to be more selective in hiring qualified people who are willing and capable of doing their job!!

I recently experienced a misdelivery of a package, and I cannot express enough gratitude to the USPS manager, Mr. Felix, and his team for their incredible efforts in retrieving it and ensuring it was delivered directly to me. Their professionalism and attention to detail went above and beyond my expectations.

I understand the hard work and immense responsibility that comes with working for USPS, and I believe in giving credit where it is due. Mr. Felix and his staff absolutely deserve recognition for their dedication and commitment to customer service.

The postal service in general is absolutely horrible, but this location is specifically awful. We have attempted to complete a change of address for our elderly mother. Each time, it says it cannot be completed without ID verification. We arrived at the post office with my wheelchair bound elderly mom and were told that because our change of address was canceled and we would have to submit a new one. But THEY DIDNT HAVE ANY CHANGE OF ADDRESS FORMS! So now we have to drive our sick and handicapped mom to another location. USPS needs to be eliminated!!!! Bring back the federal postal service and get rid of all these clowns!

Worst service ever! go somewhere else !! My wife had made an appointment for 8/31/24 to get the kids passport at 8am .i had to miss work and wake up the kids very early just to be there before 8am , after waiting 10 minutes after 8 the lady shows up and said that we didn't have an appointment that she couldn't do it .iI couldn't believe it, then i told her of course we have the appointment, she refused to help , there was no other customer there for passport, so i ask if we hang around can you help us please i missed work to get this done today! She still refused when she had nothing else to do!! This is BS!! This is not fair and is the worse customer service i ever seen !! I will go somewhere else..

This post office needs more people who really wants to work. How can be possible there is only one person working hard and the other are just around wasting time and the lines Are so long! The only person working is Sr Caceres he was working so hard without any help! The manager of this place needs to have a meeting with the workers.

I had a great experience at this USPS location. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. I appreciated their knowledge and willingness to assist with my passport application.

First they lost a package. And had to wait 1/2 hour with the place empty for someone to help me. Package never appeared……Today i received a torn bag saying “ received open”. Seriously? Im sorry thats the post office i belong. I wish i never had to go to that place. Well… tomorrow I have to go to find out why this package was “received open”

I have had the worst experience with the snapper Creek Post office. They have lost six packages now and I can't get anyone on the phone. I give him the tracking number they say it's wrong and then they hang up on me. Someone was supposed to call me back within an hour. They still have not called me back so that's three packages in 2 days. I've gotten a lot of apologies and nothing has been fixed. The problem continues to reoccur. I do not have a PO box. My address is correct on the package and the moron that is in charge of delivering our mail. Can't figure out where to deliver it. She sends it to a PO box. All the other companies managed to drop off packages correctly. UPS prime FedEx. The only one that has a problem is the United States Post office. I feel like I'm living in a third world country. I can't get anyone on the phone. You go in circles. Everybody says how sorry they are but nothing gets resolved. I asked for a call back in an hour. They still have not called me back. I have made multiple complaints and the moron still sends it to a PO box at a different zip code so I do not know what is going on but I am so fed up with the postal service. They have such a bad reputation. Now I am sending all packages anywhere but through the US mail I am extremely irate with the lack of professionalism and attention to this matter. I have made several complaints and the problem still reoccurs they say they're going to deliver make a point of delivering it and nothing has come. I can't get someone to call me back and I can't get someone to send a package to my address like all the other companies do. This is pathetic. Something must be done with this lousy postal carrier. She should be fired or send her to an eye doctor but this is absolutely ridiculous!!
