The absolute worst tractor supply in the world employees there do not know anything about their jobs. I looked up online. They had in stock what I needed. I got there to get it and the lady said I can’t sell that to you because I promised it to someone else the next day, I said have they paid for it she said no but they’re going to pay for the next day. I don’t think that is right. If it has already been paid Then I would understand Thanks for making me drive out of my way to get there piss poor ran.

Went in today to get some tractor parts,called in before hand transfered me to a pleasant ladies back in parts she checked on the part and went and verified that there was 1 in stock since I was driving 30+ miles. Ran by with one of my boys Cato as I was greeted very nicely as I entered by cashier Jessica.
She was very sweet and polite while giving me a treat for Cato.
She spoke to us and was giving him a big hug while we checked out. Great job everyone keep up the good work!!!! See pics thanks for being Dog friendly they are like our kids lol

This is a frequent occurrence so I thought I should mention it so it can be addressed:

I went into tractor supply today and was told an item was out of stock. I am quite often told it’s out of stock -

So, I left and checked one more store and then decided to order online through tractor supply - it’s in stock and ready for pick up within 10 minutes.

So I go to pick up the order and it’s not even ready.

The store and employees need to be more organized and knowledgeable.

These guys are doing their best. I have been to many Tractor Supply locations and this one has a nice, informative, super friendly staff. If you go when they are not busy and overwhelmed you will get the personal attention you are seeking. If, however, you are unlucky enough to go when half of the farmers and pet owners in town have decided to shop, you will wait a long time in line. It's hit or miss and kind of the luck of the draw but they are always well staffed and super friendly, with a down-home country feel. It's like one of those small feed stores of yesteryear stepped into the 21st century and added some convenience items, clothing and a larger selection of most everything.

Im going on 72 years old now and remember when my pop would order stuff from tractor supply out of the catalogs ;when I first moved to Crockett tx I was as excited as could be when they opened a location there I have always had the best of customer service there until today now I may be old but I do know when someone eats rocks for breakfast and is just awful disrespectful and negligent to what's going on around them ms Kayla you should be absolutely ashamed of yourself for the way you treated that young lady at the counter today while you ignored her and the young man asking for help as you attached yourself at the hip to the other young man you were parading around the store with. You do not in any way belong in and establishment as fine as this one is as veterans me and my son both love this store for various reasons and find it a simple yet enjoyable solice to just walk around and browse the gizmos yall carry from time to time and most of the time we buy one to toy around with for some bonding time that is hard to come by with how much he has to work and I can't believe that they would hire someone as awful and disrespectful as you once again you should be absolutely ashamed of yourself young lady.

Picked up some things for my chickens and looked at the knew baby chicks they had so cute. Met a real nice man also buying for his chickens so we compared and had a good visit. We also got some great tshirts for my daughter.My husband's cat in a nesting box I'm waiting for him to lay some eggs.?

Way better the one on Gainesville. You can never get anyone that knows how to fill a propane tank at our location. This place was on the ball and had me taken care of promptly.

Went in there yesterday for some last minute holiday shopping. It wasn't crazy but I could tell the employees were ready for the holidays to be over. Everyone stopped and said hello to me and asked if I needed anything. The main cashier on duty was super rude to everyone but my complaint was dealt with almost immediately. I really feel like I'm visiting my neighbors when I go in there.
