From the moment I walked into the office I received a warm greeting. This was the best experience I've had at the dentist, all my questions and concerns were addressed, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable just amazing. Dr. Haley answered all my questions she is very nice and I didn't feel rushed and Dr. Sha was nice also. My hygienist Letitia was great and also answered all my questions.

Who likes going to the dentist ?! Well , let me tell you, after coming to this place you will LOVE going to the dentist . When I first walked in I had to check to make sure I was at the Dentist , I thought I walked into a Spa ! The atmosphere was so relaxing and welcoming . I was immediately greeted by smiling faces and offered refreshments and waited on right away ! The imaging for your teeth is something you just have to experience for yourself, you can physically see plaque build up on each tooth , pressure areas etc. …amazing! The accommodations before your cleaning even begins are on an entire other level of customer comfort care ! During my cleaning Shannon was exceptional and ensured I was comfortable even put on noise cancelling ear phones and put on Hallmark Christmas Movies(what a bonus) I didn’t hear any high pitched cleaning tools and was able to enjoy myself the entire visit. Finished up with a detailed explanation of everything with Dr.Haley so professional and personable ! I truly cannot say enough great things about this establishment! I will surely be back and plan on bringing ALL my family and friends !

I had an amazing experience at Hometown Dental! I took my toddler for her first dental appointment, and she was very nervous beforehand. From the moment we arrived, Dr. Haley gave us a warm greeting and handed my daughter some coloring pages, which immediately put her at ease.

When it was time for her cleaning, Letitia came out and was incredibly kid-friendly. She & Dr. Haley explained everything they were going to do in a fun, engaging way that my daughter could understand. They even put on a show my daughter loved to keep her distracted. Other team members popped in to compliment my daughter on how beautiful her teeth looked, which made her feel so special.

The entire staff was knowledgeable, caring, and went above and beyond to provide top-notch service. My daughter loved it so much she didn’t want to leave—who can say that about a trip to the dentist? Highly recommend Hometown Dental!

The decor, the environment, the doctors and nurses and even staff was super warming, helpful and very nice and very welcoming.
Like how absolutely awesome is my name on my room that’s so cool. They have a cozy menu! Just too impeccable!

Hands down the best dental office in the area. Brand new office with the perfect decor. Doesn’t feel like your typical doctor/ dental office. Staff is extremely helpful with things like insurance coverage and making your visit as easy as possible. Dr Sha and Dr Ciccarelli are the perfect dental duo and made my root canal easier than fillings I’ve had done at other offices. If you’re looking for a new dentist look no further !

I had my first appointment at Media Hometown Dental today and the place is amazing! Husband wife team, and they were great! The office is gorgeous, not your typical dentist office for sure… staff was cool! Everything about this place was top notch. Down to earth and simply nice people there! Highly highly recommend!!!

I had an amazing experience. Scheduling was easy and phone personnel were friendly and accommodating. From the minute I walked in the office I felt comfortable. The office is absolutely beautiful, modern, and decorated similar to a spa to help you feel more relaxed. The staff were kind and I was treated with respect. My hygienist was awesome. She took her time to explain everything she was doing and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Haley was very nice and knowledgeable. She sat down and spoke to me asking me about myself before she even examined me. I did not feel pressured nor did I feel like I was being persuaded into having anything done that was expensive or not really necessary. With all the corporate dentist offices popping up this was a breath of fresh air. I real hometown dental office! I left feeling like I just visited a friends home.
