The best labor experience for me yet!
I was incredibly impressed with the amazing care that I received from each and every Dr and Nurse who took care of me at this hospital throughout my second pregnancy. My labor and birth experience was absolutely exceptional because of the staff here so much so that I wish I had my first here as well if it had been possible. I was allowed to let my body do most of the work and got to experience everything I wanted this time with minimal intervention. I will never stop bragging about this place due to getting everything I wanted with this birth. Thank you to all the amazing nurses who cared for me throughout my stay and special shoutouts to Ana, Taryn, Lauren, Janette, Bethany and Cindy for making this momma very very happy❤️

I truly cannot say enough good things about this place ? I had my baby here and the care I received was beyond amazing. The labor and delivery nurses here are angels and they made me feel so supported during birth. The whole team here constantly showed me compassion and love during my recovery as well. My baby got a great start to life here and she was cared for so well. Also, the food was delicious and my husband and I were sent home with a lovely dinner! Special thanks to Sarah, my nurse who made us feel so encouraged and cared for as new parents. Thank you Baylor Lakepointe!

I recently had the pleasure of giving birth at Baylor Scott & White Lake Pointe, and I can confidently say that my experience was exceptional. From start to finish, the care I received was both professional and compassionate.

The staff at Baylor Scott & White Lake Pointe deserves special recognition. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly and attentive nurses who made sure I felt comfortable and informed. My labor and delivery team was outstanding—each member was knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely caring. They took the time to listen to me and my concerns, which made me feel valued as a patient. The anesthesiologist also provided excellent care, making my epidural experience as smooth as possible.

After the birth, the postpartum care was just as impressive. Nurses continued to check in on me regularly, providing assistance with breastfeeding and recovery. They offered valuable resources and support, ensuring I felt confident in breastfeeding and my new baby.

Overall, my experience at Baylor Scott & White Lake Pointe was nothing short of wonderful. The combination of skilled healthcare professionals, a comfortable environment, and comprehensive support made my birth experience memorable for all the right reasons. The doctors and surgeons are good at what they do however the nursing staff has the worst bed side manners I have ever seen. I pushed call button to ask for help getting my elderly father back in bed he is a fall risk and they hung up on me and never showed up to help. I stopped at nursing station where 4 nurses were gossiping and ask if there were an atm machine or a place I could break ones because the coke machine only takes quarters or debit card and one looked at me and said we are a hospital not a bank. I will never put another loved one in this place because the care from nurses is non existent

I absolutely ABHOR this hospital and only went there because the ambulance gave me no choice. I broke all my ribs on R side and had to be transported to hospital and I was stuck in a room/box where I could almost touch the walls on both sides and there was no tv for 18 HOURS waiting on a room! I spent a whole day in a box with NPO orders which means I couldn’t even have ice chips and for NO reason. I wasn’t having surgery!!! This hospital HAS to be avoided. A nurse said if you show up at 1:00 pm ish it’s better to get a room!! Like you have a frickin choice in the ER! The doctor that saw me was upset with me because I didn’t have the CT scans from Royce City ER. I thought they had sent them. He could call and get them!
So he explained that I was just going to get cancer because ct scans emit more radiation than x-rays. I told him that my husband had passed away, but he was a surgeon and I understand how you are trying to throw your weight around here because I am at your mercy! I told him that I was in extreme pain from falling from my attic floor and I needed to worry about that right now. If I got cancer, I would deal with that in the future!

My Mother was transported to this hospital a couple of years ago and it was deplorable!! Literally, I know about the medical field and it is too complicated to go into but the nurse stood by and watched her writhe in pain because he drew the wrong medicine and he didn’t want to admit it to his superiors or correct his error, because if he did it would look like he was a drug addict. Yes, I kid you not! Incompetent!!!!

Excellent Hospital - we were blown away by the hospitality from the receptionist, security guards, nurses, and physicians. I must give a shout out to the kitchen. Every meal was great, and my husband is a picky eater. He even said the chicken tetrazzini was as good as mine. Please pass this on to their managers and/or supervisors.

Worst hospital ever! 3N nursing supervisor is rude, nurses and aides are rude and lazy. The only good clinical staff is in the ER. The ER staff is knowledgeable and caring.

Had an issue and went to Megan the nursing supervisor on 3N and she was rude and stated " don't bring your loved one back to this hospital if you are unhappy. "

How about fix the issues with your staff. These people are incapable of even knowing how to give amazing care and there is no bedside manner at all. The only good CNA just started working here and was very caring and took amazing care of my loved one. Thank you Octavia.
