I did not have a good experience with FloorForce now Broadlume. I allowed them to take control of my website and my google ad space. It resulted in absolute zero return on Investment. The people were nice enough people but didn’t have a clear answer as to why their consultants were unable to get positive results on google.
Ultimately I wanted to cancel the membership however their web consultants accidentally deleted my old website when building my new one. They left their website for an extended period however eventually this was cancelled without any notification, thus leaving us right now without one. Very annoyed and disappointed in this service.

FloorForce has done a great job with our website for the last 6 years! They do a great job of communicating with us about our traffic, and things we can do help drive more traffic to our site. Our site manager, along with many others, are always available to help with any questions we may have.

We have recently moved our Google Ads and Facebook advertising to them and have seen excellent results, too. We look forward to seeing what new things they have available in 2020!

They don't stop editing the site until you are 100% satisfied with the results. Prudent Floors

After reading such good reviews and glowing articles, maybe I expected too much. We hired Broadlume to build our website, mainly for the online catalog capabilities with room visualizers and Google SEO. They told us we could have as much or as little input as we wanted into the language and descriptions on our website. Having had a freelancer who knew nothing about the flooring industry build our previous website years ago (which we loved), I didn't want to have to put in that much time and energy again. I figured this company was built for the flooring industry, they'll have everything covered! I visited a handful of other websites they built, which looked great. I had high expectations.

Unfortunately, Broadlume did not deliver. After a couple months of working on it, the website they sent me to approve before launch had numerous typos--including in something as basic as our address!!--and the content appeared to be written by someone with absolutely no flooring experience and used terrible phrasing that sounded ridiculous. Products we carried were not included in our online catalogs. Links were missing in drop-down menus. Our store hours were wrong. I truly couldn't believe the poor quality! I've also heard from customers that the room visualizer and photos fail to load or give error messages the longer one spends on the site. I'm going to have to re-write a fair amount of the content whenever I can find time. I shouldn't have had to do any of this! I'm not a web designer nor SEO optimizer, that's why I hired this company. It was not money well spent. If I wasn't in a contract, I'd have cancelled immediately and found someone else. They also don't return phone calls, preferring email communication only it seems. Thoroughly disappointed.
