The lady at the desk was by herself and she was handling everything very quickly. I was there only for drug testing. After giving my documents, I went to sit and waited only 10 minutes, and the lady called us in to start the process. Another 10 maybe 15 minutes and I was saying goodbye and I was out the door . Great job to the all crew.

I normally don't leave post unless really deserving . The staff at this facility are helpful and friendly they really make you feel at home, when I got there I have no idea that they are about to close and knowing it's Friday they want to get our of there and go home to their family. I know I would. But they still accommodate me and do their job.
Once again thank you to the staff that went a bit extra to have me complete my task .

#1 Garbage place to get drug and physical exam.
Surprise they still dint get under lawsuit.
This is most horrible garbage facility for drugs and physical exams.
I was referral to this office by company. Call to make appointment get information no appointment can be made you have to mandatory come in. Arrive to office get information minimum 3 hours waiting time. Just to make clear I have to stay in old garbage office with very bad small for 3 hours waiting for drugs and physical exam test. I did this thing many times before it's never going over 30 minutes and appointment is always available. My only question to company management what is the reason for customer to stay in your office for 3 hours. If can't organize your staff why we have to spend our time.

The people that work there are very nice. The only and disturbing problem is that staff seem to not have any clear communication with each other and are not informed on the full scope of each patient’s needs or procedures. I had to redo my lung capacity test due to the nurse having my test on the wrong settings. I also asked if I needed x-rays, I was told no. After I was instructed by the doctor that they were done with their testing, she told me I could leave. After leaving and getting lunch, I was called by Concentra and told that they made a mistake and that I needed to come back and get an x-ray. This also happened to my staff member who had to get the same testing.

Overall experience went well minus the waiting period for a physician. The staff was overall very professional & considerate to me. At the office i did hear a few patients complaining, but it was all due to a lack of patience on their end.

Concentra never fail me. I was so nervous an not sure why but from my check in to the back office, they made me feel very comfortable, Concentra is amazing, although they are not my primary they don't rush your appointment,they take their time with you I absolutely love this about them,,they get 1000 score from me

Wait time the day I went was great. The staff friendly and professional, also very efficient. They know what they are doing. I worked at SFGH as a health care worker, so I know when someone knows their job. Thanks to the staff and the doctor who did my physical.

If you have a choice of other occupational therapy doctor, maybe you should go to the other doctor. Or ask them up front what kind of patient they can actually accept because you know what kind of patient you are. Going to Dr. Balytsky was totally a waste of my time. Her office should had just told me what kind of patient they can accept before I sent in the authorization letter and medical record. It took me a whole week to get the medical record and they still won't tell me if I was accepted until I call them. I was told they would email me once Dr. Balystky reviews my medical record. Also, there was a couple time when there were supposed to have someone in the office, but the phone would just kept on ringing. No one would pickup the phone or I could leave my message to her staff in the voicemail box.
