Curzon signalisiert stets anspruchsvolles Arthouse-Kino und das ist bei diesem Standort mit seinen sechs Screens auch nicht anders. Ich habe das Kino lange nicht besucht, weil mich seine Lage in der immens hässlichen Betonwüste des 'Brunswick Centres' immer abgeschreckt hat. Innen präsentiert sich das renovierte und neu ausgestattete Kino jedoch ganz anders: minimalistisch-chic, hübsche Bars/Cafés und man sitzt auch bei Filmen mit Überlänge bequem in den Sesseln.🍿

This review is for the Membership, rather than for the cinema itself. Sorry Curzon Bloomsbury to give you this review, you are a lovely cinema, with good customer service, but it's the only way that I can make this complaint in a way that has any impact. This year, I didn't use up all of my free cinema tickets that are the primary benefit of the membership. When the membership expired, I received an email to say that my membership would auto renew, or if I wanted to cancel, I should email and ask for it to not renew. Because I hadn't used up all of my tickets, I evaluated that there was no point renewing, as I wasn't going to the cinema enough to justify the membership. What I was not told in any part of this communication was that the free ticket entitlement that I still had, would also expire, and I think 2 or 3 tickets would be lost. Had I known this, I would have made sure to use up these tickets. But it was not made clear. I think that it would be normal to allow these tickets to roll over until they were used, or, to give a 1 month period to allow the customer to use them up, but it is not okay to not give a warning that they will expire if the member doesn't renew. I think this is a very mean and mercenary practice and will not rejoin this cinema chain even if I start visiting more. Very disappointed customer, who feels that something that I paid for and believe I was entitled to, was taken away by a sneaky business practice.

It was my first time in this cinema. It was a disappointment. It costs £18.5 for non-members and the seat was small and not comfortable and without a cup holder. Although the seats can change angles. It was still uncomfortable as it kept slipping back. The projector was placed in a low position as people could block the projector when they walked past.

There were also very limited Gluten-free options for the food.

One thing that I really liked was the amount of break out space that is available. Although I preferred they make the cinema room bigger than the amount of break out space.

Great location. A cinema with taste and sophistication, as evident in the range of films it shows. Warm and friendly welcome always await patrons. The staff team is truly excellent.

Fantastic cinema , great decor and lovely people who work there. The cinema screens vary in size and the seat recline just the right amount. They have lovely art house films and you can hire the space for events. Type of place you would make your local cinema if you lived closeby or wanted to have a good cinematic experience.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Saw film on the minema. Compact screen, limited legroom and there is an emergency light with a bright green LED right in the middle of the screen

Disappointing Q&A follwing the screening of Emilia Pérez at Curzon Bloomsbury this afternoon:
- Last minute email re: non attendance of some of the panel's members including the main actress Karla Sofía Gascón.
- The audience was not given the possibility to ask any questions to the panel. I have attended a few Curzon's Q&As before, all at Curzon Soho, and they were all allowing the audience to ask questions.
- Zoe Saldana's came with her bodyguard who wasn't allowing anyone to approach her.
