I love this company. Most of the jobs have so much flexibility some even have 2 weeks to complete. I just started and they make everything easy. When you are done in the store you are done with your job. The app guides you through the entire process. I always get quick responses when I have a question. I hope to work for them for a long time. I also was able to ask for an extra $2 for a shop out of my usual aera and got it. I'm not going to get rich but it is a good part time income for me.

Customer Impact is the best, My favorite company to do work for! The project managers really have it together and are understanding humans, totally willing to help out and do what they can to set you up for success, from an independent contractor point of view. Also, the quality control staff is on your side. I have never felt like they are looking for anything wrong so they can reject your report and not pay you as i feel other alike companies do. If you did something wrong, they leave you note of it so you can correct your error in the future or if its something major that they need corrected, they give you opportunity to go back and correct your error and you get paid (i have not had to do this because they give clear instructions and the project managers contact info if i have a question). The reports are to the point, there's not alot of unnecessary tasks and pictures you have to take. They want to see your final work and not have you take pictures of every step along the way.
