In our daily struggle to make things happen, sometimes we forget our ID's and the new Manager at this facility does not understand that it is possible to forget such things but we do have other types of ID such as retired and so on. After you explain that you forgot yours, he can make exceptions instead of us having to go back and get it wasting part of our lunch going back. It is not appreciated when you are here for 5 years plus exceptions can be made. it is part of customer service which this new manager is not aware.

The manager and teller were extremely professional. They asked for my CAC and I showed it to them, because as a grown adult you’re expected to have it on you and it’s also apart of the SOFA agreement to have it while conducting business with the bank.
