Much easier to pick up my packages here than have a FedEx driver carelessly toss them outside my home without ringing my buzzer. FedEx is the worst shipper in the world. Their drivers absolutely do not care about customers. On the other hand, this brick and mortar FedEx location is an entirely different animal. I have my packages redirected here and I have 5 days to pick them up. Easy as can be. I go in. I present my QR code or ID and I get my package and I’m on my way. It’s worth it not to have my packages sitting outside in the rain, snow or whatever and I don’t have to worry about a porch pirate stealing them because the FedEx driver was too lazy to ring my buzzer to let me know they’d been delivered.

Not only did she help me print my documents correctly, Ramona also was kind, joyful, and a true pleasure to work with. She was devoted to making sure that my resume was printed perfectly !!! I approached the counter seeking assistance with a query. Instead of providing the expected assistance, the assistant manager's John D. demeanor is rude and dismissive. Although he address my concerns in an unprofessional manner but he also engaged in inappropriate behavior.To my dismay, I overheard him making disparaging remarks about an elderly customer who had just left the premises. His insensitive comments were not only unprofessional but also deeply disrespectful towards the individual in question.As a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect at all times. The behavior displayed by your assistant manager falls far below the standard of professionalism that your establishment should uphold.

This is a very lazy store there employees don’t want to work or do anything I’ve ordered over the phone with them before and now all of a sudden they don’t do them I never see anybody doing anything in that store customer service sucks and is extremely slow
