As Always !! renting a car at this 117 East Memorial Blvd (in Lakeland, FL) was another great experience. I've always had the pleasure to deal with Fernando - who gives excellent customer service. In his absence, I dealt with Nash - who also went above and beyond with that same excellent customer service to make this rental another great success! Great Car! Great Service!
Having such nice, professional, competent people is the reason I continue only renting from this location. Looking forward to my next rental - it is always a pleasure doing business there!

I gave this location 5 stars because of the excellent customer service. The gentleman went beyond the call of duty to make sure the rental was a success. He calmed me down when I had an issue with my credit card and explained in detail about another option I had. I did not tell him that I had an emergency but I can tell he was really concerned and kept assuring me everything was going to be alright. He was right Everything worked out Great. I highly recommend doing business with this Hertz location and the gentleman who runs the office. Thank you so much.

I waited an hour as the staff member didn't show up to open. Nash (who wasn't supposed to open showed up an hour late) of course people waited and were mad but let me tell you Nash handled it awesome. Nash is a huge asset to your business. 10 stars for Nash. I rented a van for a week from hertz in Lakeland and it was very clean. Nash made our experience very pleasant when we picked the car up and Dia made it very easy when returning the car. The manager here is very nice and accommodating as well. We will be a return customer!! Thanks team.

I ordered a vehicle to p/u on a Wednesday drop off Sat I did all of my check in prior so my pick up was a super smooth transaction. Saturday morning I needed to drop off as soon as they opened bc I needed to be at U-haul by 9:10. I got there @ 8:50 and let me tell you. Nash had them gates open @ exactly 9am! The return process was even smoother. Nash was super nice and very cheerful. He has a line of people and handles it with 0 stress. He is super professional and punctual. I have been using hertz for years this is my first time at this location… I will definitely continue to use this location!

Nash demonstrated exceptional dedication, patiently guiding me through the intricacies of my first time ever driving an electric vehicle. His attentiveness to my numerous inquiries was commendable.
Fernando, the manager, was also very pleasant, explaining all the features of the car and ensuring I took full advantage of it all to get the best experience. Additionally, he provided transportation after I dropped off the car. It was my first time renting there, and I was so pleased that I just booked another rental from them.
