Went to get a slice of cake, pieces were way too small for the price listed so I ended up leaving. Unprofessional security guard, wearing a light gray sweater, try to accuse me of stealing when I wasn’t even in the store for 5 minutes. He even saw me come in and greeted me. Happened on 12/22/24 at 6:43pm. Bad service will never come back to this jewel again

I was at this store on 11-24-24 My cashier was Patrica Does she get a kick back on the bags? I didn't realize I was in Chicago but I was not asked if I wanted bags I have bags an cooler in my car. They bagged my groceries an didn't ask if I wanted bags an charged me. If they would of asked I bought mostly vegetable an fruit that were already in bags. But, cashier also made holes in all my vegetables bags none of the vegetables I had , had #'s on them an they r see thru anyway..so all my stuff was rolling around. Next time ask if I want a bags I have bags in the car .

This is my local jewels been living here my whole life but after a doctors visit with my lady we realized it’s time to eat healthy when we got to check out Patrice yelled “Open lane! No line! No Wait and locked eyes with me and my lady. She took swift care of us. We didn’t have to ask her anything. Pierre bagged our products thoughtfully and when I got done loading my bags into the car a dark skinned gentlemen with dreads took my cart for me. WONDERFUL VISIT!!! Big thanks to Patrice and team at Jewels Marshfield Plaza

I’ve been coming to this store for 15 years every year I buy my kids birthday cake. Normally I get good costumer service but the lady that was working today 06/17/2024 at 2pm.She was very rude and snappy I will be taking my business to another jewels from now on. She was not letting me finish my question cut me off multiple times. She also spelled my son name wrong. Told me I had I had to wait 20min for a cake that was already made. I came back in 5min the cake was ready with the wrong spelling!

I wish I could give this place a zero. The people at the register were awesome. The manager Mary was rude and very unprofessional. My fiance and I went to purchase liquor for our wedding. The items we purchased were on sale. They were located above a sales ticket(the name and brand matched). When we went to the register the sales prices did not come up. The young man at the register called for assistance to check the price. The manager, Mary, came by the register twice and did not help. She just told him to turn his light off. He explained the problem and she walked away. He called seven or eight times for some one from the liquor department. We waited over 20 minutes. I decided to go find someone. Once we got someone from liquor, I showed him were I got the liquor from. He looked at the price, it said $8.99. He looked the the numbers on the liquor and sales tag, the last number was off. He then informed Mary of the issue. He told her, "the liquor is sale but we don't have a tag for it". That was the only tag in the store that matched the name and brand. They made a mistake. Her response" We can't sale it. Take that liquor off the self. I can't help you ." Can you go in the computer to fix it? She then refused to talk with us. We were making a purchasing for over $180.00 dollars and you can't talk with us to resolve a mistake made by Jewel Osco The online site even shows the sales price. After being there for over an hour, we purchased nothing.
