I booked here a rental car from Priceline website for a day. My pickup time is supposed to be 12pm. When we arrived at there store it was closed. I called on the no written there they said they will be there in half an hour and said wait outside. After calling them again n again they sent a guy at around 2.35pm. We were got exhausted in the heat waiting for them outside. There neighbours told us it happens here very frequently. They never provide car rental on time to their customers. The concerned person also insisted us to security deposit 500$ which we paid to get the car because we don't have other option left at that time. Poor service.

Los cobros ocultos serán tu dolor de cabeza.
Puedes perder una hora entregando el carro y llegar al aeropuerto al Check Point .

This company is deceptive and predatory with their pricing in an attempt to lure in customers. Cheaper rates are advertised to only be met with additional requirements and fees upon arrival. There are issues with the cleaning of their cars. My experience was horrible. The car I rented was infested with roaches and the replacement offered was also infested with roaches. I strictly advise to avoid business with this company.

This review is for One Switch Rent a Car in Aventura, (formerly Next Car?). I recently rented from One Switch at the Dixie Hwy location. Coming in via Uber to One Switch from the train station, I had little knowledge of where I was going or how good this company was.

I worked with Adrian on the phone initially, and he worked with me on-site as well. He was extremely helpful. When my train was late, he was accommodating. He had a great sense of humor and provided superior customer service. No matter what my issue, I had a phone number to reach someone.

The car I received was new, clean and perfect for my needs. And the price was reasonable for my 2 day rental.

I would highly recommend One Switch; and commend Adrian for providing a professional and stress free rental experience.

They run a bait and switch scam. Low price off site rental company. We walked in the building after a short shuttle ride and immediately knew this wasn’t going to be a good experience. A long line of new arrivals and a lot of already “helped” customers standing around frowning. You’re probably not going to get the car you booked and for sure won’t pay the price you agreed to online. They won’t “accept” your insurance company (ours is American family) and then require you to buy insurance with high deductibles. We paid an additional $150 for insurance with a $2500 deductible. The deductible was “held” on our credit card. This was the cheapest option. $300 for insurance with a lower deductible. Don’t rent from this company. You’ll pay the same amount or less for a better car from a reputable car rental place in the end.

Do not rent from this company!!!
They are a scam. False advertising.
The post low rates then force you to pay rental in full in advance at time of booking. Then when you go pickup the car, the y force to take their insurance or you lose your complete deposit.
When add the cost of their insurance, the rental is double what you would have paid with reputable car rental company.
Stick with the big guys. You are better off.

We rented a car for 5 days in Miami. Our flight was delayed for 5 hours. I sent a text message to NextCar informing them. My wife and I got to Miami at 2 AM instead of 9 PM. We were told they had no car for us. Gave us no options and refused to give us a refund for the 5 nights we paid. NEVER EVER USE NEXTCAR!!! I only wish I could go lower than one star. Also the guys at the front desk were unfriendly and showed zero empathy. Worst customer service experience ever. We rented this through @Expedia and they too refused to refund us so I will also never use them again.

If I could, I would leave 0 stars. My flight was delayed a couple of hours, so when I got there they said my reservation was automatically cancelled and that that they didn't have an economy car, so the only car available was 3 times the price! I've never had a car rental company do that. They did the same to at least 3 other people while I was there. Dont get fool by third party deals. You are better of paying a little bit more for a more reputable company inside MIA.
