Very poor support and waste of money. We don't get an answer on support request mails. But I still have an active support subscription. The last version of the extension was created in november 2022 (more than 6 months ago) and it does not support Magento 2.4.6. We are now stuck in the migration process, thanks to OneStepCheckout

This module is really excellent for magento2. I did several researches to decide, among the best known. The Onestepcheckut module has a lot of positive reviews. I bought 2 licenses. Basically I paid for 1 module and for the second license I paid only 75 €. I paid for the module via PayPal and after only 30 minutes I received a Mail, with the SSH commands ready to install it. The installation of the module worked perfectly. I needed help from Support, who didn't hesitate to stay by my side from the first moment. I have other modules that prevented proper operation but together with the Onestepcheckout support we were able to make the module work perfectly to have an excellent custom expirience. I asked for help from 2 companies who tried in every way to convince me to buy their module instead of helping me to make the module work, without calculating that I have been working with magento for 20 years (1.8. EE). Practically today the module is installed and I believe it is the best on the market and I can recommend it to all those who want to offer the best. But the support surprised me even more because it is made up of people who immediately understand that they know Magento perfectly, always offering the right solution to finish a perfect job!

My ecommerce business has been powered by Magento since 2010, and way back when on Magento 1, we used OneStepCheckout happily and problem free. When migrating to Magento 2, I decided that, due to heavily relying on several new shipping logic extensions from a major extension provider, I might as well also buy and use their checkout. In this case, I chose poorly, as I experienced an intermittent bug that created duplicate orders in my database, with no real error to trace. I was so frustrated I even switched payment processors, thinking it was a payments issue. I did file support tickets everywhere, but In the end, on a whim, I remembered the problem free life I had back on m1 with OneStepCheckout, and decided to try buying it again. I switched checkout modules and the error disappeared completely! Not only that, when I had some minor tweaks, the support I got from Anton at OneStepCheckout completely delivered on creating an A+ checkout experience tailor made to fit my business. Now that I'm comfortable and bug free on a stable Magento 2, I continue to play with all the cool new features at my disposal, and I feel confident that should any issues arise, I can always depend on the great support I know OneStepCheckout will provide.

Great extension and very good support. Their extension alone is worth every penny as the checkout process becomes very intuitive and fast. Which means the customer is more satisfied, the bounce rate decreases and the shop earnings increase. Plus it is constantly updated and has a lot of patches for different modules. But the icing on the cake is the support: They reply quickly, are fluent in english and are very helpful and professional. I can definitely recommend the company and its product.

Update* Business is terrible for these guys, because their Checkout for Magento 2 is proven by many to actually REDUCE conversions vs. the native checkout program.

So when business is slow, what does a shady company like OneStepCheckout do? They randomly and fraudulent bill credit cards. Look at all the rest of the reviews. Despite cancelling the billing agreement via email, they randomly charge your card so they can steal your money, as not many new customers are using their services.

Once you bring this fraud to their attention, they get defensive and threaten to sue you and report you to the police if you file a chargeback to get your money back.

Don't listen to these clowns. If they attempt to fraudulently charge your credit card, FILE A CREDIT CARD DISPUTE! Their threats are meritless, and it just shows how shady of a company these guys are.

If you are thinking of using their checkout, read the REAL reviews first. It is proven to LOWER conversions.
