Great experience! Everyone was so nice and made my 10 yr old son feel at home when he had to get his tonsils removed! He was really scared and they did everything to make him feel comfortable and ease his anxiety! They did a great job explaining everything to me and my husband and it was all a smooth check in process and no long waiting periods either! The surgery was done in 40 minutes and we were released quickly! Very good experience compared to other hospitals in Florida. I would recommend to anyone!

Everyone at St Cloud hospital were great from the time I got to the ER until the time I was discharged. The attending physician was very nice and listened to my concerns. The nurses were all so compassionate and understanding. The nurse assistant I had was wonderful and kind. The lady who comes around to take my order for my meals is super nice and makes sure I always got what I asked for since I was having such a hard time eating anything at all. The Thanksgiving lunch was delicious, what I was able to eat of it. As sick as I was, my overall experience was very positive.

When I arrive with my condition, I was well taken care of. I’ll share with the most courteous. I enjoyed very much. The hospital did a great job. The nurses and staff were all there for me. Visit my daughter, and I have the same situation or another And I’m near the hospital there I would definitely choose them. They are very well staffed.

St. Cloud Hospital provided top notch care to my mother, Frankie admitted for a fall. All doctors kept us informed throughout the stay. Every need was met from our arrival in the ED to our discharge from the hospital. The food was excellent. I definitely recommend Orlando Health St.Cloud Hospital for emergency care and for recovery from illness and injury.

The nurses and all assistants were wonderful, particularly the daytime staff. They were helpful and caring. I wish there were reclining chairs in the room. I had to spend an extra day waiting for my head MRI, which I felt was not necessary. The team of doctors I had were very thorough, which I really appreciated.

Such a great hospital! Was admitted for 3 days and two nights and received the best care from everyone that I came in contact with . From MRI to Echocardiogram to ultrasound and all of the nurse and drs that helped me , thank you so much !!!!!

Everyone at this hospital was great. From the person who dealt with insurance (didn’t get his name) to the doctors, the techs; absolutely every single person was attentive and kind. Shout out to my nurses Rosalinda and Sandra, you both are incredible.

Everyone was very attentive and experienced and knowledgeable. So so nice. A few exceptional. Sandy a small built black haired girl with glasses should be recognized as a very exceptional nurse. Her dedication to her patients is top notch. And May the lady with the colored socks. Love her attitude. The only time I got frustrated was with discharge there could be major changes in that procedure. Otherwise top notch. Mojo and Bella said thank you for taking care of their mama and grandmother.
