Absolutely horrible service! Great concept and zero follow through. I asked repeatedly for assistance and received none. When I tried to reach out to Exec Management to get resolution, got no reply.

This could be a phenomenal tool and they have great salespeople but their implementation and customer success fall completely flat. I got ZERO value out of this program and spent $6k!
Extremely disappointed!

***Edit - I don't see a way to reply to your response. I have sent numerous emails with my contact info. I am happy to further discuss but feel you should be able to find me based on my google info.
I believe you have a great idea and conceptually it would be beneficial but you lack the Professional Services and Customer Success organizations to provide implementation services and allow your clients to achieve success. I paid $6000 and received nothing in return. I would be a loyal client if you followed through on your promises.

Jennifer has been a breath of fresh air. I was really stagnating and running into a lot of tech issues. She was SO helpful, not judgmental and really stuck with me to power through some big tech and nervousness I was having moving forward. Her communication skills are superior! She responds promptly and with the right advice and direction. She is my coach and keeps me focused and encourages me to stay to keep improving! I just started working with this team and have been very impressed. I have been speaking weekly with Christina and find her to be not only responsive to my needs, but she also provides me honest feedback that helps me get better and what I am doing. That's awesome.

I have also worked attended Jordan's seminar's and they are spectacular. He keeps me up to date, they are relevant, and if he goes with the audience. What I mean is, if the audience understands a topic he moves on, if you have a question, he explains it. I really appreciate the education and support! Thanks guys!

I have been with Parkebench for roughly 1 month now. The team here want you to succeed and provide you with every resource you could possibly need. The weekly accountability sessions with Paulina keep me on track and ensure that I am doing what is beneficial for my business. Overall, Parkbench has been a phenomenal experience and a great way for me to get out of my comfort zone and do something different as an agent.

Hello, I had the pleasure of working with Jennifer Rodgers . I was impressed by her outstanding professionalism and knowledge. I would give her 10 stars if i could.
I signed up for Parkbench back in May. Initially , I was not very involved with it . Gradually , I came to the conclusion that this was really something important with great potential . I realized I should really pursue it . Once again I called Jennifer and she encouraged me.
It was her knoledge and kindness and guidance that made me do it .
I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate Jennifer . If I didn’t have her as a mentor , I probably would not be where I am today.
She is a lovely person and I have so much gratitude for pushing me to where I am today . She help me achieve being in the top 5 for the number of videos produced for the month of January . I intend to go higher thanks to the proper support .
