Pearson VUE are pedantic but a necessary evil for getting tech certifications.

I avoid online testing as you need a completely uninterrupted and clear room which I find too much hassle, so I go to a test centre instead. If you are in London, I recommend the New London Education Trust in Hounslow.

I finished all 4 entry mock tests for the GED exams. There is nothing standing in the way now, except that apparently, I have to call them to clear something minor up. No mention of what it is on the website, of course. It's been 10 days now, everyday it's the same "We are sorry, but we are currently unavailable because of circumstances beyond our control." That's literally it! No explanation, no alternatives, no mention of when they're going to be back online. So, I tried writing an email, and sent it to the address attached to the phone number contact on the website. I detailed my entire situation, and the best I got was an auto-reply with a real signature (?!!) under it, telling me to call the very number that I can't reach, and follow their instructions closely (a verbal spit in the face), which wouldn't happen if a living being read even just the first 3 sentences in my email. Oh, and that happened twice! Same cheesy answer with a different signature under it. Is this some kind of a scam? You guys are disgusting, this is my literal livelihood that we're talking about. And I'm not asking for that much, for Christ's sake. All of the other reviews are as negative as mine, or even worse. How are you people still in business The only person that I've got to give credit to is the nice lady that would've been on the other side of the line, that's if I could reach her. That is, if you guys finally pulled it together. What a horrific company.

Constantly moving the goal posts on what’s acceptable testing conditions and then extremely unhelpful at resolving issues. Management don’t care about customer satisfaction. Extremely unprofessional. If you can sit your exam literally anywhere else then do

Pearson VUE online test is the worst service you can get.
My test was already timed out when I received my contents.
I want a refund. Give me my money back. Or do I need to start a dispute with the card company? I hope the company goes down. There should be better companies who can take over the business for certification.

A star i wish i could be able to give minus not even one star, their system is really buggy and they don’t do anything about it, I spend many hours with their support and no luck there, they created a case and I have been waiting for the problem to be solved but nothing happened, they refused to give me a refund so dissatisfied

They should be removed from Microsoft webpage and I will do anything I can to achieve that

They are not doing anything about the problems or they faulty system either

45 minutes delay on online exam!!! finally after I anwered 2 questions the system canceled by justification of changing the exam position!!!...I have not got any emails about the result and nothing...I called them today and they have been so unprofessional and disconnected the call after said wait for a second...horrible experiences

Worst customer service in my life. It is not only that they revoked my exams for what they called connectivity issues, after a long period of preparation and after wasting my day. During this process they were unimaginably inefficient and amateur. They took 1:10 to keep disconnecting and reconnecting me, delaying my start time and finally, declaring unable to establish a stable connection.

But the worst part is the customer support. Extreme filtering menus and assistants speaking incomprehensible awful English, taking ages to make a simple identification and to process a case. I needed myriads of times to ask them to repeat what they said. After 20' of notorious inefficiency and childish inadequacy they managed to identify me and tell me that I will receive an email with further instructions. Not to mention that the assistant was working from their home with repair works in the background going on and their kid screaming. Yes, that was the level of decay.

It goes without saying that one week later I have received nothing. I repeated the process with the same unprecedented success.

Bravo Pearson to outsource crucial operations to places that can barely speak English and offer such a high monumental level of services.

I don’t suggest. Their platform is not working and they request you extra fees because they we are not on time but the main issue is that platform was not working to be on time.
