I went in with my daughter and we had an appointment, we did the check in on a electronic device and it only took 1 min and right after they called us. the service was VERY quick and spectacular!! A lady named Marguerite attended us and she was very quick and talented when taking my daughter’s blood! we had an amazing experience with her and the place. I will definitely be coming back again!?

The center itself was clean and quiet. I only had to wait for a short period of time. Very efficient and effective. Alexander was very kind. Our conversation made my appointment and blood drawing fly by! I will book there from now on. ?

Brianna was incredible! I was in and out lightning fast, she was so pleasant and welcoming! When she took my blood I didn’t even feel it and I didn’t bruise afterwards either. I love coming to this location, they are the pinnacle of efficiency mixed with the kindness one would expect from a nurse.

appointments made in advance are honored for selected time, the waiting area is clean and check in is easy to accomplish. The staff is friendly and professional and the lab results are available within 48 hours. A very worthwhile service

Location was clean and seemed to be well staffed on the specific day/time I went in for my appointment. I was called in within 15 minutes of checking in. Alida was my phlebotomist and she was very professional, efficient and friendly.

In fact, she even answered me with a perfect detailed yet easy to understand explanation when my curiosity got the best of me and I asked if she would explain some of the process.

I scheduled my appointment for 3PM, arrived at 2:45PM and was able to quickly check in on their tablets. I'm glad Quest is beginning to upgrade the technology in some of their locations.

If I could give this place no stars I would let me start off with my husband and I both had appointments and upon arriving he was called back first once he was in the back there seem to be a issue with what orders the doctor sent over. So my husband came up front to get me once I got to the back the lady was asking about the order so we came to the conclusion that the order that she had was correct here is where things went downhill she then begins to say my husband owes a $5.00 balance from last year sometime I said well we wasn't aware of that no bill or notice was sent to us plus he has done blood work several times recently and nothing was said. I told her well we can pay it in cash she begins to say they don't accept cash well we left our cards at home rushing to get to an appointment at 6:50am it's early in the morning. I said well bill him oh we want be able to do that either I said well if you are asking for payment you should be set up to accept it in any form. She then begins to say I want be able to do his blood work without a payment I said let me speak to a supervisor she sent me to Brianna whom started being very unprofessional from the time she opened her mouth. So due to her lack of concern for the situation and me asking her have they now called my name yet since I have an appointment she goes to say I don't know and I'm dealing with something right now but excuse me I'm the patient can't you just check she refuses to check. Then I went outside to leave then I said let me ask for the corporate number when I got back there the tall black lady was discussing with Brianna in front of another patient about my husband personal information and I asked them for the corporate number and told both of them it's so unprofessional to disclose what's going on with another patient in front of someone else at this point you violating HIPPA Laws. I have never in my life experience such an unprofessional unpleasant and lack of concern for patients like this place why have rude employees working for you most definitely giving this place a bad reputation and I will never step foot back in this location.

OMG! What a wonderful morning! I was serviced by (Alida) and when I say she is awesome ? she is awesome at what she does, she’s kind, bubbly and very knowledgeable. Most techs usually have a hard time finding a good vein, but Alida pulled out an old trick of the trade… A Warm Compress! ? and HELLO She Got It!!!! Easy does it! Effortlessly! and to top it off she and I have the same Birthday! Yep a great day!!! May God continue to Bless you in all that you do!!

This is my first experience at Quest. Check in was easy breezy! I was ecstatic that we were called back a minute prior to our appointment. The technician did a remarkable job drawing blood from my child (it was his first time ever). And the entire facility was immaculately clean. I have already recommended this location to everyone I know and it’s definitely now my go-to lab.
