Don’t be scammed like I was… It’s been two years and NOTHING! Communication sucks… Please do yourself a favor and save a major headache and hang up on these scam artists!! They’re trained very well to tell you want you want to hear, but don’t believe anything they say. Trust me!!!! I wish I would’ve done my research before being scammed but they made it sound too good to be true!

As many of you have said, this is a scam. it's been 1 year with no feedback or results. I am getting law enforcement and legal counsel involved. Here's what you should expect...

They have enough knowledge of your timeshares to convince you that they're a partner. like many of us, we want to try and rent out time we don't use which is what they're pitch is all about. It's cold blooded but nothing original. They are duplicating a business model that was convicted of fraud 8-10 years ago. They convince you that you're renting your extra bonus weeks, take your money and use it for marketing dollars for another side business that you'll see no returns from. They'll sound great on the phone and confidently say they'll have your time booked in 90 days max and leave you with nothing. They'll go as far as sending you false rental inquiries from their alleged clients but the dates will never be available.

I have contacted the FBI, attorney General and legal counsel to begin moving on these guys. Hopefully they'll figure out a way to contact the rest of you.

P.S. Rent My Time: You can avoid sending any responses regarding the height of your standards. Hopefully you put as much attention into your legal defense.

Absolute scam, been over a year with no rentals always the same response your attached to an event and should be receiving offers. SCAM. Made an internal complaint never heard back as told I would. Next step is coming soon.

SCAM ALERT! Do not give this fake company your money. I should have known better and I hope nobody else falls for there promises to turn $2400 into $15000. It’s been over a year and I have asked for a refund multiple times. When I go to the website you cannot distinguish between the listings/advertisement, so how am I suppose to know if they are marketing for me. I find it humorous that the response from RMT to each bad review is the same, which is to call customer service, which we have all been doing for months.

What a scam! It's been almost a year since we paid this company for services they claimed would result in return on our investment within 30-60 days. I've made numerous calls to follow up and request a refund but all I've gotten was a lot of run around, a denial of refund and an email to tell me not leave a bad review. Save your money!!!

Edited: And now 3 months later (which seems to be a reflection on how the whole company runs) they respond to my Google rating by telling me they have no record of me being a client. I most certainly am a client but way to try to save face on a scam of a company.

Not only did I pay thousands of dollars to "open" my vacation weeks, I spent nearly a year contacting numerous people through phone calls and emails to check the status of my offers and then to request a refund (which was denied). I still haven't received payment for accounts opened last February, I have had no resolution to my request for refund and I stopped communicating when the last email wanted me to not leave bad reviews and pay more for you to work harder on booking my weeks. Since there doesn't seem to be any financial resolution for me, I hope my review will save other people from being scammed by this company.

I've done 124 honest reviews to date, not 1 or 2 or even 20. My review of Rent My Time sits here reserved until the final outcome. I sympathize with the entertainment industry during both covid and the hurricanes, as it directly affected my opportunity to rent my extra time in Florida, and the industry as a whole. I spoke with Steven 5/1/2024 for 27 minutes at 1247 hrs EST. He was very helpful in explaining the issues and assured me that my investment was ongoing. I spoke with a female rep today 5/24/24 that was also helpful and assuring that we should be moving forward from all the cancelations of last year. Words of advice..... make sure both the email and phone numbers are saved and important. This will prevent the loss of opportunities forthcoming. I will update stars if/when there is a resolution. Also, a calm and professional conversation will get you and anyone further in discussions rather than a hostile tone. Thank you for reading.

THIS IS A SCAM!!!! DON'T GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I enrolled April 2022 and I still haven't received an approved offer they said it was going to be approved in less the 6 months and it's been almost 2 years. Just like other people have commented on there reviews I asked for a refund and they just keep beating around the bush. It's so sad how people can take your hard earned money and make you think you are doing a good investment.

I would highly recommend anyone using right my time services! P it took a little longer than I had expected to get my getaway weeks rented out, but as two weeks were booked, somebody from rent my time reached out to me to confirm that my information was correct and I received payment within that week. It's definitely worth the wait, and I'm already signed up for my second agreement with him. They even gave me loyalty perks for doing so and I've gotten my brother to sign up with him as well. You definitely won't be disappointed with your customer service department either, they're always super great with communicating, and are really knowledgeable in all the services they provide. Thank you rent my time for renting out my extra getaway weeks, as I was able to use the funds to pay for the maintenance fees for my timeshare and was able to sign up again using the remaining money from the return. Definitely a 10 out of 10!
