Shout out to Mark Cohen at Rooms to Go Patio- he approached us in a friendly manner when we came into the store, gave us info but was never "pushy", when we left without purchasing he mentioned that if we came back he worked on commission so would love if we'd ask for him. When I left I knew I wanted to give him my business, so after searching a few other stores I returned and made the purchase. Really nice gentleman, honest, and I love what I bought.

I had the most amazing customer service experience. My sales person is Johnny Silva. He was attentive, not pushy, super helpful and respectful. I did a bigger order Sunday and Monday when I was already out of town I decide to change the order. He did it all form me with the most positive and helpful attitude.
