I tried the Truffle Burger, and it had a rich, juicy beef patty topped with truffle sauce that really elevated the flavor. The melty cheese and soft bun rounded out the experience nicely. While it wasn’t the best burger I’ve ever had, it was solid—I’d give it a 4/5. Plus, the service was excellent!

My second time going to this particular Shake Shack. The first time I was highly impressed by the staff. My one and a half year old can be a bit much but the staff was so incredibly kind and happy. I noticed how clean and efficient the whole operation was. My second time was tonight. I am blown away by the manager who allowed her staff to rotate breaks and offer her employee on break a drink and went to the extent to bring it for her. I know this seems like a small gesture but being in the industry myself I know how truly rare a great manager can be. Our whole experience was elevated by the care that was expressed through the staff. The food was of course as delicious as you’d expect especially love the truffle burger but it is that manager and the friendly staff that has made me a life long customer.

The food here is really great. But my two daughters went and simply asked to have their $6 drink filled up a little more than 2/3 full. The girl became extremely perturbed dumped their drinks to remake instead of just finish filling. They did not even take their food so there was no reason to be wasteful. Goodness for $6 frankly I would get multiple drinks from many other establishments -with free refills and no attitude. Be nice ! They enjoy this place as a special treat but are now contemplating not returning.

I haven’t had shake shack in years until recently, it was the place I tried my first ever chicken sandwich back in the day. It was good. But I had the mushroom burgers they offer. The melted cheese filled one was amazing. Friendly staff. Good water, I want to try their shakes. But I like this place and I’m glad I rediscovered it

Great food. Cooked to perfection. Great fries and drinks. Shakes are great. The hot dog was good but def not worth $5. Skip the dog if you can. Otherwise everything is great. Final verdict: coming back

Sweet spot for a burger and fries. Super convenient to local stores and Nesconset Highway. Order from pad or at the counter. I didn’t get a shake but they looked fabulous. Cheesy fries were good at the start but the cheese got cold quickly.

Burgers are on point. Time and time again. The chicken sandwich is incredibly good. Mushroom burger is an excellent and delicious choice, too!
They also serve alcohol which is a plus!
