Had an appointment here where I chatted for 15 minutes with this doctor (who was late for 40 minutes) who basically told me that there’s not much he can do about my condition. Later got an over $800 bill for this visit. EIGHT HUNDRED dollars for a 15 minute conversation. Be very careful about the charges before you make an appointment at this place, or be prepared for bankruptcy.

I went in today May 22nd, 2024 to get an EMG test done and I was super nervous. Reading about people’s experiences with the EMG test freaked me out as they stated, “super painful” “uncomfortable,” etc. However, Dr. Rider (neurologist) and Franklin (technician) made my appointment very comfortable and go by quick with ease! They made my experience to what I thought was terrifying to leaving the office super happy and satisfied. Although I can see why this test may be uncomfortable for others, let me tell you, you are in absolutely awesome hands here. Don’t be scared. Dr. Rider and Franklin were both very attentive, caring, and patient. They both made sure I was comfortable the entire time, kept consistently checking on me to see if I’m good and constantly asked if I needed anything more. This is one of the best experiences I had with doctors in general. Great energy and definitely you will get above and beyond quality of care here. I’d recommend this clinic to anyone who needs any sort of neurology care. 10/10. Thank you Dr. Rider and Franklin you guys are amazing!

A receptionist told me that it take two or three days to upload patient referral records and if it is an emergency, I should go to the ER! Not just bad service, but the speed of upload record take 2 days Really I feel we should give it a name: Stanford Speed.

If I could give them zero stars, I would! I was referred by my neurologist for a brain aneurysm. They have mysteriously lost my referral 3 times now. I have to keep trying to call and either have to hold for 30 minutes plus or I just get cut off because they say they have an "unusually high call volume." I have tried calling at all different times and it's always the same message. If you do get to leave a voicemail, it is never returned. It is utterly impossible to get in to this place. The doctors and nurses might be fantastic, but I guess I'll never know. They're driving my blood pressure up and will probably make my aneurysm burst before I ever actually get an appointment.

Scheduling an appointment with this department is a nightmare!!! I've been calling their call center for almost a month, referral management is poor and people at the scheduling center are also incompetent!
