What a great team at String Figures! They did an amazing job with our logo and website refresh! Currently, they are creating our blogs and email campaigns. They have a client portal which organizes projects makes and communication a breeze. They are also consultative and educational, which is necessary in such a complex field of service. Don't do business with this firm unless you intend to lose your investment completely and have nothing to show for it. They are unprofessional, non-responsive, and un-attentive to timelines and meeting contractual obligations for which they have been paid in full. I was told upfront by Ren Fosky that the project would be complete within 4-6-months. Our contract was signed on January 15th, 2021. The clock is still running and I still have no deliverables. In addition, I have suspicion that there may be a conflict of interest at work here.

POOR Quality: - After 9 months of being professionally ghosted, I had no choice but to ask for my money back in full. Suddenly, I received a haphazard proof with no content regarding our design discussions. Instead, text fields were generic placeholders and links took the user to their company site instead of linking to my existing social media presence. it was insulting. Still to this day, I have received no value from String Figures Creative. Avoid doing business with this "team."
POOR Value: To this day, nearly a year later from our contract date, I have nothing to show for my investment. All I have is unfulfilled empty promises with email responses saying "My team and I are working on it. Kindest Regards, Ren"
NOT Professional: They continue to refuse to meet their contractual obligations and have refused to communicate with me and perform on their contract.
NON-Responsive: Take my word for it don’t waste your valuable time trying to get a hold of them.

These are a few of the reasons why I feel it necessary to write this review. Still to this day since my full payment to them on January 2021, I still haven't received a functional website or press kit which I hired them to build. All I have received thus far is a series of strung along emails from Ren & "her team". I began my journey with a direct referral to String. We had great initial conversations up to the point at which we (us & them) signed their contract and paid their fee in full to build me a company website & press kit. Since then, I still have nothing I can use! As if they don't care about written agreements I have our written agreement in my records and I have every intention of taking them to court to get my money back in full with interest as well as full reimbursement for any and all legal fees. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE! STAY AWAY FROM STRING FIGURES CREATIVE if you value your TIME & hard-earned capital.
