Went to the Dadeland mall store for a demo drive. Was sold on the spot and ordered a new Model 3 after the concluding the demo drive. Andrea Guevara mas my sales associate, and was the main reason my experience was very satisfactory. She was very responsive, answered all my questions, and solve a couple of issues through the process. Ask for her.

I went literally with the intention of buying a Tesla. And the “salesperson” was so rude and arrogant that I decided to walk out and buy nothing. A guy with a full beard was the one who I talked to. He should not be doing sales. He was very arrogant and condescending! He did not take a minute to explain the lease offer or any financing plans. He started asking right away when I was going to take delivery?! Btw he did not offer a test drive or look at me directly in the eyes he was looking away all the time like I was wasting his time. I will definitely not buy a Tesla from that place!

My experience of ordering a Tesla at the Dadeland store was the best car-buying experience I’ve had. I ordered a Model Y in May 2021 with sales advisor Daniel P. and initiated a trade-in for my previous vehicle. Daniel led me through the entire process from order to delivery and was always on-call to address my questions or concerns. He went above and beyond to ensure I got my car quickly. Overall, I am very pleased with Tesla and am loving my new Model Y. Best car I’ve driven hands down!

From the moment I walked into Tesla and spoke with Andrea Guevera to the moment my car arrived, the experience was seamless. Andrea was professional and reliable. She was available by text every day to answer my questions and walk me through the process, but she was never pushy and never tried to upsell me. She was constantly following-up with me to make sure everything was going well. This was, by far, the best car-buying experience I have ever had.

shocked by the bad service. impossible to reach a person that works there. spent over 400,000$ and there is not even an email address to contact!!! they just expect you do use AI robots in the app which don't even respond and are so unhelpful. I can't believe the service is this bad. I am so disappointed. this is my third Tesla but I won't buy anymore. way too complicated!
