Of course the Home Depot has everything you would need for any project your heart desires, customer service is lacking…. Finding someone to give you some help reminds of a good game of hide and seek or tag. I would have given 5 stars but I’m a sore loser at games.

I use the Beaumont Home Depot often. We go to the pro desk with our business purchases.
I love working with Sandra there. She is amazing at her job. I don’t know what they pay this lady, but it is probably not enough. ( and no I’m not a friend or relative). I’m just a happy customer. I now ask for her and don’t mind waiting because I know she will give me quality service! She is the reason I don’t use Lowe’s so much! Even my vendors like working with her! Shout out to you Sandra and thanks for all your help!!!!

They remodeled the store and it's easier to find products now. Before they would was always have low stock on needed items, but now it seems like they are well stocked up on products.

Came in to buy moving boxes and just browse the appliance section. Had a few questions about a fridge so we asked the lovely Mr Herb. He was very knowledgeable and kind. His customer service and people skills sold us on the fridge we were only thinking about getting. He had a a badge stating he has been with the company for 26 years, so for 26 years he has been providing excellent customer experiences I’m sure. We will be back because of him. Nice job Home Depot having fantastic people in your store. And thank you Mr Herb for taking care of us!

We have spent a lot of time and money at Home Depot over the last 3 years doing some improving and remodeling of our house and property. At first I wasn't sure about the customer service and it was shaky at best but it has definitely improved but maybe that is just because I am recognizable because of how much I am in there but I'm not sure

The customer service is just horrible! I waited for over 45 min for someone to take down a shower stall from one of the shelves and no one was able to help. The older short lady was giving me an attitude also wanting me to just stand in front of the shelf without moving. I had to shop some more stuff too. Even though I waited for a long time, I never got someone to take the shower stall down. I am at Sutherlands Hardware now to buy it. It is just sad that managrment doesn't pay attention or do not care about these employees. It is worthless to have everyone say "hi, how are you" if they can't even do their job. Just hire more efficient employees and stop the nice words. That can be secondary.

Wait 1 1/2 to get 3 sheetrock sheets. They work good only when the big bosses are around. Nobody care about customesr over here. You have to get your own stuff or better go to Lowes. NOBODY helped me

The employees need to be trained on helping customers. I was in the store searching for a breaker and the two employees appeared to be waiting for me to get out if their way. Also, I finally found the breaker in a box behind another box.
This could be better if somebody really cared.
