The Brand Sway program was developed in such a way that after 20 years in business, the marketing light bulb suddenly turned on! I think that HOW things are presented makes the information we need to know more accessible and approachable. Beth and her team believe in empowering the client (and the Brand Sway participants) with the knowledge they need. This was a coaching and assisting approach, not an approach where marketing sits on its throne and tells and compels.

My experience with Video Story Studio, led by founder Beth Menduni and producer Sarah Fitch, was an absolute dream in terms of delegating technical work!

My company, Berry Interesting Productions, originally approached VSS with the challenge of distilling over 2.5 hours of a live Zoom recording into short, compelling videos that would showcase our Technical Site Assessment service to viewers on our YouTube channel and short-form social media posts.

Beth and Sarah really, truly know how to manage a client (I and my team know how scattered some clients can be, and we ourselves were an excellent "scattered client" example in this case). We provided them with the raw recording footage, along with a timestamped breakdown of key points that we knew we wanted to highlight. From there, their expertise truly took over, to the point that it really felt effortless for us. The level of involvement required from us was relatively minimal, allowing us to focus on our ongoing sales and marketing strategy while VSS handled the exhausting work of video editing and packaging. At every point, communication from the VSS team was outstanding, and they demonstrated patience, understanding, and thoughtfulness throughout the entire process.

The editing itself was masterfully executed and we could not be happier with the final deliverables. VSS chose excellent ambient music, designed lovely opening/closing animations, and demonstrated serious savvy when making the actual edits. The feedback/QA process itself also exceeded our expectations. The tool they use makes the feedback process incredibly smooth; it required minimal effort to use and allowed us to provide targeted, specific feedback without exhaustive written details. The result? Cohesive and engaging final videos that truly highlighted the best of our Site Assessment process and that required nothing further from us except to share them with the world!
