So far, I have found the video editor to be very intuitive and support staff have been responsive and helpful, in resolving my newbie issues! I tested out 8 video services when I was researching a quick, online, social video solution, and not a single one came close to the flexibility, customization, customer service, and quality of wave. Save yourself time and money, and start with this program, you won't regret it. It's cost effective, easy to use, and they have amazing customer service. Also, once you get the hang of it (which doesn't take long), you save HOURS of time using their templates. If I could give them more stars, I would.
