HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I had an issue that needed to be resolved today, so I went into the store. Jacob assisted me in taking care of my concerns and questions. He was so helpful even during my panic attack and offered me assistance with that. Jacob was very respectful and caring. I highly recommend you see him for all your concerns. I will be going back to him every time, and will definitely see him in the near future for an upgrade on my phones and other items I need.

My cousin and I, both senior citizens, visited this store about a month ago to upgrade our 4 year old phones. The associate who helped us, Alexander, was great. Very friendly, informative, and helpful. He set up our new phones and transferred all our data from the old to the new. He's a great asset to your store.

Before the door even closed behind me Santiago was already greeting me and asking how he can help me. Explained my issue as a new Xfinity Mobile user that switched from Verizon and he went right to it.

Santiago fixed the problem, and explains what it was. I was on my way after that. I was dreading having to go to a store not knowing who I’d be dealing with. Everyone in the background were also working and helping people. Very impressed and at ease knowing if I have any issues I can just go there.

But Xfinity needs a store in Ft Pierce! One in Vero and PSL is fine but that’s the entire middle region there just empty! Buy Bitcoin!

Walk in and there is no rhyme nor reason why people are all around and two agents stuck. No line queue. No tickets.
Just look around and wait. Crazy.

And, nope, I have not been attended to yet.
15 minutes and counting.
All I am doing is returning a device.
